Food is good like all chick fils chickens always hot, fries are always barely warm & they give a lot of sauce. however the service is terrible! The reason chick fil a can charge so much is because the service is so good but not this one! Serena the shift leader is very snarky in her tone & manager Ty is absolutely horrible and rude. I asked for only strawberry’s in my son’s fruit cup because he has some allergies and feeding issues and they gave him ONE strawberry. When I asked for more Serena said “only 1 strawberry comes in a fruit cup” I explained why I asked for only strawberries and said I’ve ordered his meal like this multiple times at multiple different chick fil a and never had an issue. She said “I can get my manger but he’ll tell you the same thing” then he comes over and He said “well that’s our policy if you have a problem with it call corporate “. I said can I have the owners number and he said “she’s having a family emergency and has other things to worry about. “ I said so nobody can help me until I call corporate? I’m literally just asking for 2-3 strawberries. And he says “the policy is the policy you get 1 strawberry in a fruit cup.” SO RUDE!
This wasn’t the first bad experience but definitely the worst . Last week I came just to get hash browns and the guy at the window didn’t say one word he opened the window and just put his hand out . Didn’t even say the total (it was morning time so they didn’t have the ppl outside) I said can you tell me the total.? So He says the total . After handing him the money he didn’t say thank you. Read moreSo I come into this particular Chick-fil-A (Nixon dr location) often because I work close by and never had I seen (Jackie) before but now I’m going to be honest I don’t know what was said but imagine if you walk in an associate eyeballs you and goes directly to another employee (a young lady with curly red hair) whispers something then they both turn back and look at you then just look away. It leaves you wondering what was said about you. During rush hour, I was told there would be a short wait for an item I wanted in the drive-thru, so I gladly chose something else. I joked to a friend (accidentally in earshot of the employee) that I was gonna give a one star review over it. The employee heard me and perked up, which had me feeling guilty.
When he (young fellow) came back with the food, I ended up with a possibly coincidental extra nugget, six containers of Polynesian sauce when I asked for two, and the most earnestly polite service I've ever gotten. Your employee covered every concern I could have had and spoke to me very warmly and casually. He was friendly and responsive.
Had I actually been serious about the Google review, he would have probably smoothed it over with his excellent demeanor. I wasn't serious about the bad review, though, so his service has earned this good one. I regret not...
