BJ's Wholesale Club — Restaurant in Mooresville

I only gave the general stars a 3 because I truly do love the order for pick up and the fact that you can place an order to have it delivered. The only issue I have is with the placed orders for delivery instead of them just holding amount of what it cost via cash they place a hold on your funds for the amount it cost multiplied by 3/4 and that could mess up any tips for the driver because they are placing such a large hold on your cash and then you have to wait 7-10 days to get your remaining cash back after the hold and by then the driver is long gone. I truly don't like that at all and I feel that bjs needs to work on that. This would be why I always placed orders for pick up and never for delivery but I had no choice this time so I placed for delivery but now I have to wait to get my remaining cash back and it only came up to $14.99 but they held $91 which I won't be able to tip the driver because of the hold which is beyond...

Before becoming a member, I took the time to be sure I even needed to be one. I made a list of items I routinely, thus frequently, buy, then put headings (current bought at locations & each discount club) on columns and filled in researched prices from each. Based on this, BJ's fit my needs best. When I joined, I was given details, questions answered, etc by a very well informed and patient employee. Their aisle signage is large and thus easy to see.
