Buyer beware! 18 months ago my son bought a very expensive Duracell Gold series battery for his Toyota truck. Monday we walked outside. The truck wouldn't start. We jumped it off and as soon as it started it cut back off again indicating to me. Something was wrong with the battery. I brought it in to bulbs and batteries for them to test it. 4 days later I haven't heard back from anyone so I went in to check on it myself just now expecting the bad battery to be replaced under the warranty that I was told was good through 2027 only to find out after they danced around it a little bit and even at one point indicated that the bad battery might be caused by me. I left with no battery. They wasn't even offer me the $20 core charge for dropping the battery off there. They simply said they'd recycle it for me. So I leave with no battery and have to go to Walmart. Worth noting. I've bought interstate batteries for 30 years and never once was I hassled about a bad battery. I strongly caution you not to waste your money at bulbs and batteries buying Duracell batteries that have warranties that are not worth the paper they're written on. Please share this with everyone you know!...
Read moreWost customer service and store polices I have ever experienced. Found out after it was too late that they have 2 days to decide if they will warranty a battery. Bought a deep cycle battery for boat that had a 4 year replacement warranty. After 8 months battery will not hold a charge. Drove 100 miles one way to return battery with receipt. They tested battery sitting on counter and with their tester battery was loosing amps with just tester hooked up to it. Was told it was policy that they would have to charge battery up to 12 hours and diagnose the problem before they could decide if they will warranty it. Guess another 200 mile round trip is going to be necessary. Glad I didn't have a car that wouldn't start or I would have had to sit in the parking lot until the next day if the battery had been bought there. I bought this battery because of the warranty. Paid over 400.00 dollars for the battery. Battery is always on a battery maintain charger in boat . Just a bad battery. Save yourself a headache and buy from a automotive dealer . If you do have a problem you can get a replacement at least...

Well, I sent the phone down to the store with my son, I was in know hurry because I had another one, to my surprise they called and said my phone was done in know time, new plug and battery. Very humble surroundings, thanks to all there that helped me get my phone going. I am pretty sure they can fix just about any brand phones and also I pads, my screen was faded and some how they fixed that too. They have way more than batteries and bulbs. You kinda have to stop in...
