Another visit..10/31/24 We were seated quickly this evening! "Marios" service was impeccable. Our dip, chowder & scampi were delicious! We highly recommend Joe Fish. If you haven't tried this place yet, it's a must for a wonderful lunch or dinner place!! The service & dinner here is outstanding! We were finally ready to go dine inside a restaurant & wanted excellent food & service, knew joe fish would be our first choice. As usual, they did not disappoint our expectations! Seating limited, but not rushed by staff. We went early, saw others waiting, so respectively ate our dinner & left not to linger. Outside dining tables added & noticed a employee constantly and continuously PROPERLY sanitizing EVERYTHING, including the menus (she was doing an awesome job). We felt Joe Fish is doing an outstanding job in every way possible - for safety, kudos! Food, service & hospitality is the BEST!! Thank you & appreciate your service from each of your staff members! 6/10/23 Our group of six visited Joe Fish for a 93rd birthday & 62nd wedding anniversary dinner at 5pm. It's our top choice of places that check every box when wanting a completely wonderful dining experience - In advance, Rich gladly accommodated my request for a table to accommodate us comfortably. The cheerful hostess welcomed us to the table upon our 5pm arrival. Kayla provided excellent service to everyone's requests promptly & professionally along with on-point suggestions - for dinner to the delicious dessert selections. *peanut butter pie is outstanding!! The "back of the house" sent correctly prepared fresh delicious hot meals - thank you "back-of-house" your presentation was also beautifully plated!! Our portion sizes were plentiful - hot crab dip appetizer with wonton chips definitely a must try! Every entree ordered was delicious - tuna, haddock, baked oysters, clams, crab cake & scallops were among the plates this visit. Again we were extremely satisfied from each department at Joe Fish!! We will return, and highly recommend Joe Fish!! We do support independent local establishments that offer excellent service. The creme brulee birthday/anniversary dessert was very good & served with kindness - Kudos & thank you to the "Joe Fish Crew" for continuing to check all the boxes, doing such with kindness & appreciation to your guest. Joe Fish delivered the wrong dinner to one of our members. The member said she would eat it if she was charged the price of her original meal, that way we could eat as a group. The Manager delivered the wrong order and this price difference was explained to her. When the bill came she was charged approximately $12 more than what she ordered, plus a higher gratuity and tan for a difference of approximately $20 more than what was ordered. We asked for The Manager and explained the situation. She said she ate it and has to pay its price.

The Manager was harsh and lacked understanding and Customer Service. She said would take 10% off the bill ($2.67). The meal cost $20 more than she ordered.

A well managed restaurant of this caliber would have apologized and given the meal for free.

I asked The Manager after the bill was paid what she would have done if the meal was sent back again ordered the original. The Manager said we would have taken it back and thrown it away.

That would have cost The Restaurant about $45 dollars due to their admitted error. This Manager should be fired and explained we were a group of 16 that will likely not return and tell all our friends about the terrible experience.

The Manager felt good about her action of giving us 10% discount. The tax was more than the discount, never mind the difference in the 18% gratuity, which also was more than the discount.

This is the worst and most idiotic decision I've seen at in restaurant in 60 years. Not counting the other 15 members I alone have 6 adult children which will never go to this restaurant and will likely tell all of their friends.

This stupid error in judgment will cost this establishment greater than $200 before the end of this year, never mind future lost profits.

I hope The Owner reads this and the other 15 ratings being left and makes a decision on how s/he applies Customer Service.

I'll never go their for another bourbon, food or dessert. I won't hide behind...
