This is the worst store I have ever visited. First, we were shopping for a couch and a love seat. We attempted 3 times to purchase it. When we went to the store, no one was at the furniture section. We asked for help and it took for ever for the associate to show up. Then we asked for the sofa and we were told they didnt have in stock. They did not offer any help in ordering it as the store does not have the system to pre-order, they do not deliver and they do not seem to care if they made the sale or not. On our third visit, I asked how can we get it. He said we could put in on law away so we did. For three weeks I called the store every other day and they did not have it. They would explain that they had some in stock but they were for other customers. So I continued to wait for my sofa. Finally, it arrived. Again, worst customer support. I had to call because the store did not call me to let me know that they had the furniture. When I finally went to the store to get the sofa, I complained to the associate who simply brush it off as we are too busy. Not even apologetic about the fact that the sofa was there for a few days and no one had call. Worst experience. Horrible...
Read moreWent in and picked up a few things to purchase. Went to check out. Only one check out line open. Lady ahead of us had a problem and the store manager was trying to help the lady and was having difficulty. The cashier was standing next to him watching bit not assisting. I don't expect to be served before someone else but after 10 mins of standing watching this person struggle trying to help this person my wife and I were ignored. Why the cashier couldn't have check us out while the manager took care of the other customer is beyond me. Put our things back and left. The cashier and the manager glanced up and didn't seem to care that we put back our purchase and were leaving. Explains why there were only 3 people in the store....
Read moreMy dad and I went there to buy furniture, and it was so frustrating. First, the three guys working back in furniture were standing there talking and wouldnt even acknowledge us, much less come offer help we needed. Then once my dad finally went to them, the 4 or 5 pieces of furniture totalling a sale of over a 1,000 dollars were not even in stock. The one piece they did have in the back had parts missing. The most frustrating part was all the time we wastes trying to get what we wanted. How convenient for them that day they offer 20% discount on everything you buy, they had nothing we wanted?!! Needless to say, Little lots is not a place to buy furniture....
