Today my family and I went to this location after a family meeting craving coffee and some donuts. Unfortunately as soon as we walked in, the girl that was at the cash register laughed and made a remark to the customers she was serving that it was ridiculous to receive a lot of customers at once because she was tired. As we began placing our orders, the other employees had their arms crossed and rolled their eyes everytime we placed a coffee order. When they called out the coffee orders and someone didn’t respond right away, they would yell the drink order in the faces of the customers that were ordering until someone claimed the drink. My nephew and his mother ordered some ice cream and they gave us the HARDEST time when trying to ask for the cone we wanted. They acted like they didn’t understand after repeating our requests SEVERAL TIMES! They gave us the wrong donuts. They had the WORST attitude I have ever seen. They rushed us and had a “hurry up” attitude. They were so unfriendly. They would sigh after every order. After we sat down, the employees left the store unattended to sit outisde and smoke cigarettes. As we were leaving (they were still outside).. they saw that someone left their coffee on the table.. IT WAS NOT ANY OF OUR COFFEES (the coffee was at a table that we didn’t even sit at) and demanded us to come back and throw it away. I left this location very upset as customers should not be treated this way. I am a hostess at a dining room and would NEVER allow this behavior....
Read moreThe shop closes at 8. We got there at 7:52. Doors locked. There were people working in the shop and they looked at us and then looked away. No one bothers to let us in or direct us so we go to the drive thru. There was no directive sign saying they were not doing indoor seating. We are then persistent and go to the drive thru where the lady on the speaker was impatient, unenthusiastic, and annoyed. We get to the window and a boy tells us he messed up our order and we will have to wait longer. My friend is allergic to dairy and she asked for almond milk, i hope they didnt mess that part up. We asked if they had decaf and the boy lazily said we already cleaned up and put all of it away. THEN we start to pull out of the parking lot and realize they never gave my credit card back to me. They also never bothered to try to contact me about it. 10 minutes later i decide to call back about my missing card and they say "oh you left your card?? How long is it gonna take for you to get back". I respond with "10 minutes" and the person on the phone says in an annoyed tone "ok......". When i finally made it back to the store, they didnt even apoligize and didnt even bother to ask if the card was mine. They couldve handed the card to anyone. This has ruined my night. Read moreDon’t let the name fool you, they don’t ever have donuts. You’d think they know how many donuts to make based on sales? But no, every time I have tried they never have any donuts lol. I’ve tried with this place numerous times now. Last night was the last straw. Whoever was working at 6:45 was the most unhelpful person I’ve met. I called ahead to make sure they had donuts because I’ve been craving them. We stop by, my bfs truck actually can’t drive through the drive through because it’s too tall & wide, so I went in the front door. They were still open by the way. I then get met with “I can’t cash you out at any register” I then proceeded to ask what he means? He literally said I couldn’t make a purchase because no one is logged into the registers up front and I’d have to walk through the drive through window. I guess he couldn’t ring me up on the other register that was working?! Why do you have an open sign or your front doors unlocked if you aren’t even going to help customers.
