I went in today to check for the viral, Halloween ghost blanket. I am not a re-seller. Just a girl trying to buy a blanket for my home and for my best friend. They were unboxing a lot of items. I was NOT STANDING THERE AND STARING, I shopped around the store while I waiting for them to unbox what they had. When I walked by again, I asked a couple other employees if they have seen the blanket. The manager(blonde hair) unboxing the boxes with the employees was super rude, âWE HAVE A LOT OF BOXES AND WE DONâT HAVE ANYTHING IN THE BACK.â Like lady please, did I accuse you of that? After I calmly explained I was just looking for the blanket for my best friend and I, she just stared with the ugliest look. She was so rude. Like lady, calm down. I worked retail too and had truck days. I worked with customers waiting for items to be unboxed too. I, unlike this woman, CHOSE TO BE A NICE EMPLOYEE and have good customer service with customers who were nice...
   Read moreI purchased a drink dispenser the middle of may and like any sane person returned home, washed it, filled it with COOL liquid and put it in the refrigerator. The next morning there were spider web cracks all over the top half of the dispenser. I figured we would finish out the drink that was in it and return it within the next couple of weeks. The time came that we had finished the drink about two and half weeks later. I waited in line for an obscene amount of time to be told there was nothing they could do. Home good is an absolute crock with cheap unreliable products. Needless to say I will not be returning to home goods...
