Pizza Man Dan's — Restaurant in Moorpark

Had the worst experience ever here and will not be returning. My husband went in over a month ago to reserve the back room he originally booked it for 5pm, I then went in 2weeks later to change the time to 6pm no problem. We showed up with our family last week and this man who claims to be a supervisor (no manager on staff) was arguing with us stating we didn't book it. Told us to use the other tables. Asked him reason why and didn't have an answer for it and he would talk back rudely. If that room wasn't being used, not sure why it's such a problem. Then walks back to ask the employee making the pizza if it's ok to use the room. If you call yourself a supervisor then why are you asking your staff? He then said yes after throwing such a fit over nothing. If they don't allow use of this room they should've have said something before & we could've booked our dinner somewhere else. We had an important family gathering as to why we wanted this room and wanted some sort of privacy. Anyway I had called an hour before to place the large food order which also include the family salad tray. The man insists that we didn't order that while trying to shove the receipt in my face trying to prove it's not on there. I told him yes the person on the phone repeated the order and gave me the total. He then says that they're out of trays which is why they couldn't make it. He should've said that in the beginning instead of trying to make me look stupid by waving the paper right in my face. We then added beer to our order and he got more annoyed and very rudely asked for everyone to get out their IDs. I get that that's what they need to do but you could be kind and ask in a nicer way. At that point my brother in law asked him why does he have to be so rude. If you don't like your job and need to take it out on people maybe you should go somewhere else that...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am with a local company that placed a 300 dollar order, for over 40 employees, many from out of the area for quite late at night. We were excited to find a place that delivered at the later time we needed that evening. But the order never arrived, and no call. When the employees called to find out where it was, the business was, predictably, closed. Our employees went hungry. When I called to inquire why our order wasn't delivered but they had already charged the credit card the next day, I was told that it 'was never looked at in the system' despite I had ordered it three days in advance and had a confirmation. Was told the charge would be reversed, but I could not speak to a manager and that was all she could do for us. That was our first and last attempt to order from this...

We got two medium size pizzas and they were basically 50 bucks. The service was poor with the staff being slow, and even got the order wrong when we are the only customers left. They also got side tracked talking, watching the tv, or being on there phones. The place was uncept with bits of food everywhere like cheese, burnt bits, and grease on the floor and tables. The staff had didn't use gloves while touching our food and other materials. And didn't wear hair nets incase of hair getting into the food. Staff also shouldn't have very long nails since it's easy to get gunk in there, and its hard to get it out. Over all I wanted to...
