Five Guys — Restaurant in Moosic

I’ve only been to this five guys location twice and both times my orders were messed up. I’m not one to complain or write reviews. The second time I ordered 2 little cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomato, onion and mustard. I got 2 cheeseburgers with nothing except about 5 gallons of mustard. I was amazed at how they were able to fit that much mustard on those cheeseburgers. It was almost inedible. I paid over 30 dollars which included the tip and didn’t get what I asked for either time. Definitely have to double check your orders at this place. Asked to have the order fixed and the young man at the counter said he couldn’t take my food back. Only options were to wait another 20 minutes for 2 more to be made or to put the toppings...

Good food that is getting a bit overpriced. Cheeseburger and smaal fries just under $20.

When I got to my hotel, I found out they gave me the wrong food. When I called them, the GM refused to have the correct food delivered. The GM at the store stated that not even corporate would not do anything better than have me return and pick up the correct food or to get reimbursed. When I returned to get my correct food, I had to wait again because the GM thought I was not coming back to get what I had already paid for.

For a new store, this is piss poor customer service for any store that created...

Stopped here for my son on our way to Montage Mountain to see a concert. My son loves cheeseburgers and rates them from place to place. He stated it was one of the worst burgers he’s ever had. He did really enjoy the fries though. For a double cheeseburger, regular fries, and bottled soda, it was almost $30! That’s just for one person. Absolutely way too high of a price. I don’t even pay that for a formal sit down restaurant. For the price, not worth...
