Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

If I could give them 0 stars for destroying my ice cream cake order, I would. I ordered an ice cream cake for a Sweet 16 party. The colors that I ordered on the cake were red, black and white. A week later, on my pick up date, I went up there and when they gave me the cake the colors on the cake were not what I ordered. The black was dark green and the red was light pink. When I asked why the colors were wrong, the girl helping me said that the cake decorator told her " the colors were right when she put them on the cake but the colors turned while it was in the freezer ." If that was the case then it needed to be taken care of b4 I picked up my order because clearly if she knew that then she knew it was not what I had ordered. I was not happy at all, the party was already in progress that day... I had ordered ahead and there was a very specific color theme for the Sweet 16. It was difficult but I got my refund back right then... they wanted me to return 3 days later to pickup my refund, that made no sense. I needed a cake, so I went to Stater Bros to buy a different cake because I was not buying anything else from BR at that point. I will stick with Stater Bros for my cakes from now on. By the way I found out that Stater Bros makes ice cream cake so I will never again play the cake...

I love a classic ice cream spot and this Baskin-Robbins location is my favorite spot to visit.

This Baskin-Robbins is nestled in the Town Gate Center just south of the 60 freeway and west of Frederick St., next to Sherwin Williams.

They offer many ice cream flavors including rotating monthly flavors, pre-packed ice cream, ice cream bars and sundaes, ice cream cakes, and frozen beverages.

The employees work hard here and are always helpful. I also like that they keep any ice cream with nuts altogether in its own section of the display case.

They have a couple tables inside the store, as well as outside.

My most favorite BR flavor was Beach Day, which came out last summer (July 2024). It is Salted Vanilla-Flavored Ice Cream with Milk Chocolate flavored Caramel-Filled Sea Turtles - the absolute best and I wish they would bring it back. My next favorites are a tie between Gold Medal Ribbon and plain Jamocha. I would love to see the plain Jamocha offered as a pre-packed quart.

This shop is usually pretty clean when I come in, too.

Overall, great place to visit when you’re craving some classic ice cream in any season,...

ALWAYS A WINNER❣ ALWAYS A DELIGHT❣ I remember as a brat when my precious mother scraped together enough coin to take us kids to Baskin-Robbins. My sisters and I had memories woven into our minds and hearts that we cherish to this day from the times we spent at Baskin-Robbins soaking in that heavenly delight!! In the 60's I was only about 7 or 8 years of age when i was given 31 choices!!! It only took me about 2 minutes and I made up my mind. I picked a flavor that would today raise many eyebrows and create a real stir. LOL... I picked... (I don't want to say it smh), well, here it goes... I picked "Black... oh my... lol... I picked "Black Licorice"... AND I LOVED IT❣❣❣ GO AHEAD... say I was a disturbed child!! Ha Ha Ha.

I hadn't seen it since, but with all the great selection @ Baskin-Robbins, I still have plenty of choices.

My fav today is Chocolate Fudge ♥️
