HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!! Me and my family went in for lunch wait was not bad 10 min our server a short skinny guy was in the rush didn’t even give us a chance to order appetizers brought out drinks we asked him what alcoholic drinks he recommended he just grabbed menu turned pagar to drink section and walked away he came back we asked again he said all we have is margaritas like it says on menu we ordered 2 drinks that tasted like rubbing alcohol horrible didn’t drink them I ordered a ribeye topped with shrimp he brought my plate out my steak was so thin and full of fat I asked him are you sure this is a ribeye I’ve had steak at many places before never had I seen a steak like that anyways I said do you have a different type of steak maybe sirloins he said oh yea he then took my plate untouched and 3 mins later I see him walking back with my plate with only the mash and broccoli on it he said so you can start eating I kid you not I was in disbelief he did that he then took 45 mins to bring me my steak back just to see it was the exact same steak with the fat trimmed off SMH 🤦🏻‍♀️ and on top of that he charged both steaks on bill I’m not the type to make a scene but I will definitely never in life return to that place we paid the bill extra steak and all and even left him a tip just to prove we weren’t doing it for a discount at all but it was terrible who ever the manager is should be fired along with some of the staff everyone walks around with a god awful look as if they are hating their life on top of that no uniforms some employees look as if they haven’t showered...

We did an online order. My husband went inside to pick up the order. We still waited outside since we did the (curb side) 10 minutes, no one approached us outside with the order. So he went inside to pick up the order. He was the told by the cashier after another 10 minutes of looking for our order that our order was given to a door dasher. That it will be another 30 minutes to receive our order. Mind you we were already waiting OUTSIDE. Husband asked what can be done? Cashier said "nothing, but a 15% off or refund that will be issued in 5-7 business days. He asked to speak to the manager which didn't even ask what happened or anything. She approached the FRONT very unprofessional "CAN I HELP YOU? YOU WANT ME TO REMAKE THE FOOD OR REFUND? YEAAAA PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES. UHUH OKAY. Your money will be refunded. Heres my card for your concerns." The cashier asked my husband last 4 numbers of his card and his written name. Crumbled the receipt. RIGHT AFTER?!! then handed it to the manager.

mind you: they also messed up on the door dash order.

Managers name is Sylvia Ramos Spoke to Aura when I called she gave me the cashiers name Hailey which she mentioned over the phone.

At this point I am asking that corporate to email me regarding this situation. And corporate offers better training to their employees. Please hire more...

This was mine and my partners first visit to chilis. We went to celebrate the marriage of our friends with a small get together. They wanted chilis. We drove two hours and was met with a clean restaurant, friendly staff, but the food was underwhelming. At first we weren't going to say anything but after thought we decided the store should know about the quality of food they serve.it would be one thing if the store was busy, then we wouldn't fuss, but the store was definitely not in any dinner rush. I ordered a 10oz sirloin it came with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I ordered it medium. Medium being universal for a good sear and still plenty of pink...I recieved VERY well done with no pink. That was my only issue, it changed the flavor of the meal for me. As for my partner, he ordered a 3meat platter thing. He was excited to try the ribs only for them to barely have any meat on them at all and a tough texture. He touched one bone and left the rest on his plate. He was so excited about his meal only to not want to finish it. Especially after the tastey cheese sticks we ordered. They were delicious. But our main courses definitely set our opinion of the store. Thank you for the great service. We hope to try chilis again one day for a better...
