Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

ster already asking me to check me out which was very rushed. I went along with it as she asked if I wanted the combo, I proceed to tell her yes and I asked my son if he wanted one as well. While he went to the fridge to look at the options he asked me if he should get one for his brother so my attention went to him and deviated away from her. After I answered him, the employee making my sanwhich asked me if I wanted my sanwhich mikes way. I answered her and looked back at the manager so I can pay, she walked away and told the two other employees working saying "she tried, I have other things to do" and Mary and the other employees proceed to laugh. I was very upset as she was the individual who had rushed me since the beginning and then decides to walk away because I wasn't ready when she was. AND she did this in front of my son who walks back to the register from the fridge with his gaterade looking confused. I still kept calm and used my manners and asked for her name, then I found out she was the manager of the place, it disgust me. As a manager poor customer service should never be an issue. Because of this, I was distracted and did not order my toppings correctly and it completely messed up my sandwich. I will not be going here...

Idk why these workers get a hair up their asses when you ask for ranch 🙄 If I just paid 20$ for a damn sub I should be allowed to ask for how many ranch I need to finish my sub! I've had workers lie to me saying they can't give me more ranch, lie and say they are out of ranch, purposely fill the container half way to spite me and my husband. The attitude given to us paying customers for asking for some damn ranch is unprofessional, and clearly the workers need to be retrained on customer service! 📢📢📢 Funny cuz the workers only want to get a attitude with us is when their manager is not there. The food is sometimes a hit and miss here, sometimes I get old brown lettuce on my sub which is completely unacceptable to me. If I order an online order my order is missing condiments or they completely didn't read the special instructions. I only come here because I live down the street but the jersey mikes in Riverside off of central will always have my ❤️ cuz they know my order and don't give me trouble when I ask...

I love sandwiches - especially cold subs but my first experience at Jersey Mike’s Subs fell short of my expectations. The sandwich was seriously lacking in the flavor department.

I ordered The Original Italian, Mike’s Way. The bread itself seemed slightly overbaked, making it drier than the rolls I’m used to. Plus it had too much gritty cornmeal, which made it messy to eat. And there wasn’t enough to make up in flavor.

Service was good so I’ll bump up the star. Ambiance is typical for a casual sub shop.

This Jersey Mike’s is located on Frederick just south of the 60 freeway in Moreno Valley near Raising Cane’s and Chipotle.

I really wanted to like this place that’s why I decided to try it out. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get myself to finish the other half of my sandwich.

Pros: Long skinny paper bags to put their sandwiches in. Service

Cons: Flavor was lacking Dry bread Gritty cornmeal...
