“Winner, winner, chicken dinner!” LOCATION / ENVIRONMENT It’s a win for Moreno Valley now that Raising Cane’s moved in. Located just south of the 60 freeway on Frederick St and Center Point Dr, this fast food shop will make your tastebuds water. It is spacious inside and there are plenty of seats. Dine-in, Drive-Thru, and Online Orders welcome. Tip: Download their app! FOOD If you’ve never experienced Raising Cane’s, you’re in for a treat. They offer quality chicken finger meals - and it definitely is best to eat it fresh. I would not recommend leftovers. Their chicken fingers are not over battered but has a subtle crunch and juicy tender white meat on the inside. Dip it into their famous Cane’s Sauce for that authentic taste. And, if you’re a true foodie, order your toast “BoB style”, which is Butter on Both sides. Pro-Tip: Create a Raising Cane’s BoB-style Sandwich! Take a BoB-style toast, add Coleslaw in between the toast, top with a Chicken Finger, and drizzle some of that Cane’s Sauce! Pair it with a Lemonade or Sweet Tea to complete your meal. Yum! (you’re welcome) STAFF / PARKING Because it is Grand Opening Week, be kind to their employees! Be patient. Follow the traffic. There is plenty of parking but it is pretty tight, especially coming out of the drive-thru. Overall, great place to pick up a quick meal to share with family or friends - or eat if you have a big appetite!

I've had more than a few issues with this spot, first the season never seems to be seasoned, the bread is never toasted properly and third they serve the fries in a plastic container that sweats and immediately wets the chicken and the fries !! Then, more of an irritant is this policy of giving half pieces or nugget like pieces when the tenderloin is clearly a bigger piece of chicken!! Ibfind it upsetting that they do not have a uniform or standard chicken sizes!! The sauce they provide is barely enough to finish yer chicken or fries!!! I hate having to continue to ask twice for what I already paid you for once!!! At least the management is aware they are robbing you and they don't put up much of a fight to replace the short comings of their policy!!! No excuse for the prices they're charging !!! I'd like free chicken for the 10 times we didn't receive the standard size and didn't know this was a policy!!

They were quick and the food came out delicious. They have a drive thru and a dine in/take out. They also have a kids meal, which is nice since most fast food chains don't. It's pretty over the average price, but to be fair, you can split a 3 finger combo within 3 kids; which is like $12 not including tax. They also have some nice options like if you don't want crispy tenders you could get it naked if you ask. The sauce is good, the tenders are crispy and you can ask for more crisp. Same with fries. The Texas toast is delicious and you can ask for BOB ( butter on both sides) with no charge. Overall, delicious and nice choice. In the images I got a 3 finger combo with an extra sauce, a Texas toast and lemonade no ice

Good luck getting service. I ordered online. I could see my order (only one there) sitting on their shelf. It wasn't clear if the herd of kids sitting & standing somewhat near the register were actually in line or not, none bothered to respond when I asked many of them. Girl taking orders was a mess. Kept saying "huh" as she'd lean over the counter towards the guy tying to order. When he walked away, she stood waiting for the next person. I said excuse me...she walked away to the workers behind her. Next thing I know there's a new mob of kids wanting lemonade. 2 cups for each kid. They got her attention finally and she began filling cups. It was painful to watch, she was clearly struggling with filling each cup with the expected amount. She fill, turn around show the kid, he'd approve or say 'more' then she'd turn back around, fill and fumble with the lid. ON EACH AND EVERY CUP. About 5-6 minutes has passed. A guy walks up to the register to clock out. I told him quickly I just want that bag sitting there getting cold, before he clocked out and couldn't help me. He said OK, just one sec. 100 keyed button tones later, another girl comes next to him and he then tells her to check that bag. A fast as a sleeping sloth, she hands me my order. I grab and go. Meanwhile, cashier #1...still filling cups. I get it, everyone has bad days. But come on now. There should be better efficiency in the Mad pace this place maintains. Just like in n out and chikfilet...(unjustifiably long lines, none of these places food is THAT good). Canes is popular, too popular. Keep pace with customers so that I don't have to dread going there and writing long...

Bought the usual which was the chicken sandwich combo and I always ask the sauce on the side cuz they put way too much on the sandwiches. I got my order and the sandwich had the sauce and it just made the sandwich really soggy and cold. Was very disappointed but I kept eating it and I realize I was not enjoying my food. I proceed to the cashier and show him my food and receipt and he noticed it was prep wrong. He apologize and mentioned they will remake it and I said it was fine. I waited for a while and they were taking longer to remake so I proceeded to ask for a refund. The girl I asked this time said she will get someone to help me with that. A guy came and asked what he can help me with and I said a refund. As soon I said that his tone of voice change and ask me very rude and with an attitude where was the food i had purchased? and I said they had took it and throw it to the trash. He then rolled his eyes at me and didn’t bother to apologize for the error they had done and for keeping me waiting for a good time to have it redone. He help me get a refund but his attitude and rudeness made the whole experience very unpleasant and...
