To preface, I would come here rarely for the past 2-3 years. This is the only Buffalo Wild Wings that is close to me. The food always comes in hard or dry regardless of what day I would come in. Tables are usually sticky of whether it's the bar or not. The servers I had over the years were decent enough, usually particularly nice.
My recent order with them was the final straw for me to write a review about this so-called "establishment."
I placed an online order on 01/03/2022. The app told me that it was ready (I live about 20 minutes away; I gave them extra time. It took about 40 minutes for me to get to the restaurant.)
When I arrived, I was met with a bunch of people in the lobby waiting for them to either be seated or to pick up their order(s), but the whole place was a mess. The line was dysfunctional with people questioning where it started and who was next. (Get it together, arrange a single/dual line or something.) They left us like ants that got scattered because their trail was interrupted. I waited about 15-20 minutes to finally get to a cashier and gave them my name for them to tell me that my order wasn't ready.
So I asked for a refund instead. The cashier agreed and told me that I'd be refunded one week. It has been about two weeks, and I have not gotten anything. (I even asked for a receipt just in case!) I just decided to dispute the charge on my card instead.
I gave them 2-3 years of chances to improve their restaurant, but they refuse to change their service. The place is always a cluster of a mess when I come in.
TL;DR I didn't get my order, asked for a refund, never got my refund, and had to dispute it...

We were seated and drinks brought to our table. 35 minutes later, the waitress comes to tell us that they have all orders ready, but they were out of brisket so they could not serve the brisket burger we ordered. She asked if we wanted the "All American" instead and we agreed. So we thought we'd get our food shortly. Wrong! It took about another 15 minutes. It was so long that the ice in our drinks had melted. The boneless wings were extremely salty, and the fries were cold and stiff. Not once did the waitress come to check on us to see if we needed anything else or more drinks. We had to flag the waitress down to get more drinks. It took her about 15 minutes to be back at our table just to say that they were out of Pepsi and if we wanted water instead, not a different type of soft drink, she only offered us water. At that point I told her to get me the check. Just when I thought my bad experience was over, the check is brought billing me for the brisket burger that we didn't get, and is significantly higher than a regular burger. So, we had to flag her again to get the check corrected so we could pay. I was very tempted to not leave a tip because we received a terrible service in every aspect, but I couldn't do that since I don't know if maybe they were understaffed, or there was lack of training. Read moreI had a terrible experience here. Last night I took my nephew and niece and their significant other's out to dinner on my last night visiting California. I enjoyed Cali by the way! Well we had a server named Andrew who was nice enough. When the check came it was for 166.93. I told him to use the card, we will tip you in cash that is why I put a zero. I personally prefer to tip in cash, so it isn't taxed. Anyway his expressiom was angry, he said dont worry about it, i don’t think he heard me snd thought we were not going to tip him.... To make a long story short he charged my card 200. 32 which is an exact 20 percent tip. i have an alert on my phone anytime my card is used the transaction amount is texted to my phone, so i questioned him and he said he doesn't know why. I didnt want to make a scene and fugured i will dispute it. Unfortunately i will not be able to get a refund from my bank as it is a pre paid card, It is only over 30 bucks plus 30 bucks cash tip, but it is the principle I would like management and other customers to be careful. My reciept time is 9:41 on 5/25/2025 and the number is #80123 AND IF YOU PULL THE CAMERAS YOU WILL SEE ME QUESTIONING HIM. The food was good and the rest of the experience was nice but it is really distasteful to go out and enjoy your family and to have your money stolen. It is unfair and ruins your experience to a certain extent of a place. If you go here, and your servers name is Andrew, ask for another one and check your receipt...
