Arby's — Restaurant in Morgantown

I normally go to this Arby's & I always get the 2 for 7 with classic roast beef sandwiches & a side of ajus but 2 weeks ago i went and first the awful experience started at the drive thru.. The same older lady who always works the drive thru was there & she huffed & puffed then said I wasn't allowed to get the classic instead of the beef & cheddar. But she still did it after saying "well I'll get in trouble but I'll do it". Like I haven't been getting this for months now already...Ok so then I go to pay and I paid with a $100 bill . My change was 92 and some change. She shorted me 2 dollars and even acted very weird when giving me my change too. Her demeanor had just changed for some reason. So I waited until after I got my food to tell her I knew she shorted me 2 dollars & she quickly said while rolling her eyes, "oh I'll give it back to you"... I said no I guess you needed it more. AND I LEFT... All to check my food & it was ALL cold as ice!!! even the Ajus that's supposed to be made with hot water, yeah it was ice cold too.!! I'll never go back but beware if...

I was stopped at the door by a crew member, not a manager, and was denied entry with my service dog and asked if i had any paperwork to show which there are not any if it's a true service dog, any paperwork from a website is fake and fraudulent. They stated the owners didnt allow any kind of dog or service dog no matter what it was for. The crew member was very confrontational and rude and ended up calling one of us a b**ch which was very unprofessional and rude. The manager was nice to us but thought coupons would make it better which is does not. He never stopped his employees in the back from making comments and snide remarks about the situation. They obviously need to be educated on the ADA laws for Americans with disabilities. Just a side note my dog wasnt disruptive at all and didnt even get to make it 1 ft passed the inside door. This Arby's is the worst they are rude they waited on the people in front of us once we got to the front the guy walked off went in the back and started making food it was a half hour before anyone ever took our order. We waited while they made food gave it out and finally once we got our order the guy didn't know what was on the chicken wrap and after all the waiting for all that time it was gross.
