Drove all the way there from Kennewick just to get treated horribly by the bartender Cortney. Pretty sure the manager was there and didn’t care. First thing was she ignored me and my friend when we walked in, had to flag her down for drinks. I got a new enhanced ID in November which she accused of being a fake ID then got snappy at me when I told her I got it in TriCities. She said the ID had to be pink on the top, not light green. She was super rude to us but super friendly and nice to the group of men next to us. Like what’s the problem? Did I get racially profiled or something, because I definitely felt discriminated against. She got some man out to look at it; had a feeling was the manager. I ordered a sex on the beach and it tasted like my friends tequila sunrise so I asked her if it was a tequila sunrise: she got offended and snappy at me- told me all drinks are final. I told her I wasn’t trying to get a free drink- I was just asking what she gave me. She got defensive and snappy again and I told her then I guess all bartenders make it differently cause this was definitely tasting like a tequila sunrise. I felt so uncomfortable: I wanted to leave: she made me feel unwelcomed & treated me like I was a burden. I work in customer service and my friend is a business owner & we mutually agreed that this behavior was unwarranted. Her bartender friend went to apologize for her behavior when I went to the bathroom. Everyone else there working seemed nice except for her. I appreciate her coworker trying to apologize but Will not go...

I swear, I don't know why I keep giving this place ANOTHER chance.. probably cuz the food is good for the most part. Today I dropped my son off for a bowling birthday party. Went to order take out at the main bar. A brown hair younger gal with a braid and a little attitude served me. How this went... no greet no what can I get.you. just a stare. Me, " I'd like to order food to go and s Play pull tabs while I wait. And a drink please." Crickets... " blah blah for food, 50$ on 8. Takes 50, gets tickets, gives tickets.. no good luck, no thank you, crickets. Food comes oit from back, no thank you. Bill comes out I pay. No thank you. but your welcome ten pin for spending MY money there and paying your rude employees. I'm in the industry, I know how to act. ...

The brewery/taphouse/restaurant is great. Great beer, and from what we ate (quesadilla & pizza) great food. However, the service was sort of spotty since it seemed they had a scheduling issue. We don't normally hold that fault at the bartenders except they seemed to visibly take it out on the customers. In addition, the place touts many flat screen TVs for various sports, but this place seemed to have every excuse as to why they couldn't show our favorite game. They can only show one Dish Network channel at a time, and apparently getting sound for that channel is an issue.

So to sum up, beer and food are fantastic, but the overall service has room to improve. Not a place to pass up, but definitely a place to encourage they step...
