Arby's — Restaurant in Mount Airy

Arby Winston.Front of SAMS. Bunch of girls laughing talked me into getting something I'd never had.I couldn't see them. At window I pay with card. Someone bent over come running up from back.Laid something down.I get my food. Ask for cup of Ice.Lady at register looked back disgusted at them.She got it, handed to me,I pulled up,parked.Never expected what next happened.One bite,not so good.Well one more I told myself.That was it.Next thing I knew I raised from a deep sleep.The twice bit sandwich had fallen onto my left leg with what was added all over my pants.Looking out towards SAMS gas the lights were so bright.I turned,looked back,Arbys closed.I was very confused at first.My sight got better&I needed to get home.My thoughts were,What had I put into my body,&passed out so fast.Second thought,they left the Rest.Left with a vehicle parked there.Whether they looked to see that I was passed out I don't know.I could have died there.I finally talked myself into trying to speak to the manager,yet I didn't want to walk in talking,maybe be over heard,so I tried to get him to meet me a short ways from there.He started yelling rudely.You come here!So I never got to speak to him.Theres always a man outside begging for money,upon with no luck you get his dirty word.He goes down&disappears in front of a yellow car that's always there.If there's any connection between him&owner of car I don't know. My suspicions tells me the laughing one's in back had a little fun time trying to harm or kill someone that night. I will NEVER GO TO ARBYS AGAIN.I THREW AWAY ALL MY COUPONS.WONT THINK OF GOING.EVEN SO AS RUDE AS MANAGER WAS ALSO WOULDN'T GO...

I like this Arbee's way over the Galax location! I will never go back to Galax, VA. Location unless they get New Management and improve their Service and Stop being Skimpy with their Serving Sizes after you pay high prices for the food in Galax, just to get Rude Service and a Rude manager that gets sarcastic with you when you ask the question do they have any special's on the ice tea like McDonald's has any Size for a dollar and the Galax, VA. Store Manager say's in a real nasty tone We're Arby's Not Mac Donald's. She was very Rude to me! I guess that's why they had been closing down extra early before closing time! I also witnessed her being ugly to the customer in front of me in the drive thru. But the Arby's on Rockford Street in Mount Airy, VA is Way Much Better than the one in Galax, VA. The people in Mount Airy are way much Better than Galax! I Recommend Mt. Airy Location to please DON'T HIRE that Woman Manager to work at their Store :. This Arby's located on 601 in Mount Airy, has always been clean every time I've ever visited. The only times I've ever seen it really dirty, was after some people had gotten done eating and the staff hadn't had time to clean the tables off if it was really busy.

The bathrooms are always clean and every location almost and the staff is usually friendly as well.I don't think I've had a bad experience in this fast food chain anywhere I've ever traveled. The prices are about the same within 30 to 45 mile ratio from this location except for the one in Galax Virginia, they give discounts to Veterans so if you're in the Galax vicinity I was just as a veteran you get it there if you're going to eat.

I would like to it get some advice to Arby's fast food chain, please get a gluten-free menu this is about the biggest negative that I can think of, I have severe allergies and can only go somewhere like this once a week at most. Chick-fil-A is about the only restaurant anywhere around me that offers a gluten-free bun and it is a bit expensive but for people like me have no choice if you must eat out.
