Just came through the drive thru excited for the snack wraps to be back, and the guy taking my order became extremely rude for no reason when I asked a simple question. He then continued to patronize me through the entire ordering process as if I was supposed to know the answer to what I was asking. I get to the window, the manager on duty takes my money and when I complained that he was extremely rude she quite literally turned her head and didnât say a word. I said âoh so no one cares here, okayâ, and she continued to then ignore what I said and asked if I wanted to wait on my food since it was going to take time to make. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I have worked in fast food AS A MANAGER for many years and nothing warrants you being so rude for no reason. I will say upon receiving my food, the guy that took my order walked it out and apologized which I appreciated, but the manager lady provided zero words of any kind, and showed zero concern when I spoke up. To top it all off, when I drove away, the majority of my order was wrong. When I drove back around to the speaker box, the manager answered this time and didnât ask me what part of it was wrong, she just proceeded to remake the part of the order that was actually correct; so when she handed me a new bag of food, it was only then that I was able to explain what was wrong with it which then gave me 5 more minutes of waiting. So all in all I have spent a good 15 minutes of my night receiving poor customer service, the wrong food, and an extended wait time for an extremely simple order. Again I ordered some thing she repeated it back to me when I went to pick it up they gave me something else, and when I am very politely tried to correct it since I work in retail too, and donât like karen customers, I went out of my way to be incredibly nice and sweet about it, and he just glared at me and told me well thatâs not what it says on the screenâŚâŚ. And based on recent reviews, Iâm not alone in this . The quality of the place has gone down so much is actually kind of unbelievable. Extremely rude workers and constant orders that are messed up. . I donât know if itâs a new boss or management or new employees. Either way this is not an appropriate way to treat. Customers . Never had an issue before. Ordered and the lady repeated it through the drive through ( who was the same lady from before each time was kinda snappy) got to the window to pick up and had the wrong order we POLITELY corrected it because after all accidents happen and itâs busy. What I didnât like was the immediate attitude we got? Dude basically just stared at us and acted like it was our mistake and got kinda huffy about having to correct it.    Read more5:30am 10/3/25 to the boy who I hope isnât a manager, please put a headset on and get off your phone to help your staff take orders. Placed a mobile order and waited at the intercom for an unnecessary about of time! People were driving off due to nobody taking orders!!! Since I had placed a mobile order, I drove up to the first window hoping someone would be there but I see the manager sitting at the desk all relaxed on his phone!! I drove to the second window to see NOBODY! I was beginning to wonder if everyone walked out and quit! A Hispanic woman came to the window saying no word as I told her my code for my mobile order (not even a good morning, just slides the door open and looks at me!) - sends the young man who was wearing a navy button up jacket, blonde hair, and disheveled looking to the window. He also just slid open the window saying nothing just looking at me as if I inconvenienced him! I understand being short staffed but thereâs no excuse for orders not being taken but you are witnessed relaxing at the desk - on your phone. I really hope this review finds him.
