Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mount Dora

Filthy place to eat. Last time we went, there were about 6 bags of their garbage stacked against the entry door and down the entry area, leaking rancid smelly juices down the sidewalk entry. I took pictures and will try to post them. My wife and I got sick after eating tacos there, called the home office, they gave us coupons for more tacos.. That's a lot of care for customers..lol. We gave it a little time and tried again a few months later When we walked in food and trash was all over the floors, literally. There was a spilled drink in front of the machine that had been tracked by several people all through the dining area, obviously had been there for hours with employees standing behind the counter, chatting about their boyfriend, ignoring the huge mess. Not one table was clean even though most of the dining area was empty of customers. I took pics of this too and will try to post them. We got sick again, both of us, unbelievable. I was so upset with someone handling food preparation for us to consume so poorly that we got sick twice. That's unacceptable that an employee and a manager care that little about your physical well being. So sad, because they were a great place to eat before they changed managers. It usedu to stay clean, friendly employeese who fixed good food worked there, not anymore. Go look inside the door one evening, you won't see a clean floor most times like the pictures posted here by management, and hopefully you won't have to tread through runny garbage bags leaned up against the front glass door leaving a trail of sticky juices smeared on the glass. I don't know what's going on with the evening staff, but I am so tired of getting soggy soft shell taco's from this location in Mount Dora. This began about the 2nd week in April 2017. First and second time was a Sunday night, exactly 1 week apart. When you have to eat a soft shell soggy dripping taco with a fork and the soft taco is so wet and disgusting you have to literally throw the shell away and just eat the filling, someone is not trained properly!!!!! At first I attributed it to Sunday night after Church business and not enough help. 3rd time was a Wednesday night, even worse, 4th time was a week later same problem. Called the Restaurant Manager and she could have cared less! My Son talked me into trying again, 5th wasn't as bad but the edges of the soft taco were hard and rubber like. Now we come to last night! # 6. No receipt, when I opened the 1st one a boat load of dark brown juice just poured out, tacos so soggy had to throw shells out and just eat the filling. Saved one of the 4 to take and show the manager but the attitude of the first interaction with her has caused this review. No flavor in the meat at all, had to put extra taco sause on the puke just to eat. Wouldn't have ate them at all but my glucose level was so low from not eating , that I had to eat something. I would cook, but had major surgery and cant stand for more than a few seconds. I don't even go to get my own food. I use to love this particular Taco Bell, but I am DONE. I ordered the Nacho bell grande from the Taco bell in the wal-mart plaza in Mt.Dora, Fl. and it was basically all refried beans and maybe a quarter size amount of beef,it was cold and it all stuck together like it was put together earlier that day.Also the chips tasted stale.Never had one like that before but called and spoke to Jason which told me to just come by and get a fresh one and that they were made fresh daily.(That was hard to believe after the one they just gave me that I ended up having to dump) I started to just take this at a loss and waste of my money but while i was in the area again the day after ,I went by told them what I had and that Jason said they would give me another one. LOL,did that as I had specifically asked Jason"How would they know who I am?" and he said just tell them Jason sent you.You think they gave it to me?NO ...they told me to come back the next day when Jason is there,however my job causes for me to travel thru-out Lake County, so I can't just come by like that. anyway it's no big deal as far as the money is concerned (I don't mind paying for what I want) just never had one that was stale and so distasteful so I'm not going by tomorrow ,I just know now not to go to that Taco bell and only deal with the new one by the Mall.I am not in the business of...
