Starbucks — Restaurant in Mount Juliet

I just visited a Starbucks within a target in the Mt. Juliet TN location (Providence marketplace) and the customer service was terrible. I tried to call to voice my complaint but was only able to chat with corporate. The two younger girls working at this location on Thursday 12/23/21 (there were three, but one of them caused no issue) I ordered my drink (venti white chocolate mocha). I asked how many pumps of syrup would be in it and the cashier told me 6 so i asked for only 4, she asked if that was all and i said yes. They made me an iced and i said i didnt want iced i wanted it hot. The girl that handed me the drink asked the cashier if i asked for an iced and the cashier flat out lied. I did call her out on the lie because i was never specifically asked for hot or cold and i definitely never said iced. I dont care if the employees want to talk when i leave but that never should have occured right in front of me!! That is terrible customer service and just flat out rude. I have been a reliable customer of Starbucks for many years and have never had an issue nor been disrespected like that. These girls have no business working in any customer service position and definitely not a Starbucks. They should bottom line be reprimanded for...

I find that the coffee is always good but when my wife tried to order a decaf Coffee they told us that they don't do decaf. There are only a couple of staff members on duty and they are totally swamped at busy times. This Starbucks is in a Target store and as such I believe the staff are target employees as opposed to Starbucks employees. I ordered a venti it was about half empty and the lady said that’s all they fill them to it was 2 cups with a broke lid she snubbed her noise up at me and told all Starbucks fill venti half full now she was rude they were not busy she only gave me a half full cup of coffee n gave me an attitude I asked for her store maniger number and she said she was the store maniger!!!!
