Only the store is nice, not the customer service. I went inside to get coffee and snacks for my husband and I. I waited for several minutes and no one acknowledged me. A few people walked by but didnt ask if I needed to order or if I had already been helped. I finally decided, after about 5 minutes, to just walk out. Management needs to train their employees how to interact with customers properly. If anyone is walking into an establishment, they shouldn't have to flag down an employee. Please pay attention to this complaint this is a nice location friendly staff but men, I stop there every morning and I order my bagel and last time I even told the lady that I wanted very toasted and she say the thing does it automatically so bagel come all sague with not enough cream cheese so I decide to change and I ordered me a croissant guess what Even worse not even hot ta so bad that I tasted the cold cheese I didn't eat it . I visited this Dunkin donuts today on my way to work around 7:30 rush hour. On July 2nd the drive-thru was packed. The inside was not as bad, although there was a lot of activity going on. The place is very clean. The workers are very efficient and they get you in and out and if there's any type of hold up they explain it to you and they are extremely courteous.
