Wendy's — Restaurant in Mount Laurel Township

Horrible just horrible!!! I would never return. Was at this location 11/19/2023. While my mother and i was patiently waiting for our food (which was taking way too long for the business being completely empty) we noticed two different customers came in after us, placed an order, received their food and had already left out the restaurant and our food still wasn’t being prepared or worked on which was only fries and nuggets…that is all we ordered. My mother very politely asked the manager is our food next and the manager with an attitude says “i dont know im just helping out, it goes by ticket order” but she was the one preparing the food so she knew our food should have been given to us by then. And if it went by ticket order we should had gotten our food before the 2 customers that came in after us and left before us. Mind you we were the only customers in the store beside a gentleman sitting down eating and only one car was in the drive thru. After we noticed our food still wasn’t being prepared and us being ignored I politely requested a refund. The manager was VERY ignorant about the refund and acted like we were in the wrong. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I forgot to get the manager name but it was early afternoon and she was pretty ignorant as well to the cashier that was...

My niece just had her graduation ceremony and was to choose her place to eat. Wendy's was her pick! Wendy's is normally the better out of fast food so we weren't too bummed... until we arrived. NEW manager needed at this this location! We stood in line for no less than 10 minutes watching employees with long hair hanging down shoulders, employees standing around with the smell of pot here and there in the air. Not to forget the water drips coming from the ceiling onto the floor. We should have left! I know... Hungry kids and moody teen, we just wanted to finalize the whole thing. Once we ordered we waited for another 10 minutes, only to receive 4 out of 6 sandwich/ burgers incorrectly made. As we sat to eat did we notice the ceiling dripping onto the floor next to our table. So, we moved to another table and I went to the lady at the register and made her aware of the two leaks. She smiled and said they knew. Well, after our meal still not one employee attended the leaks or wet floors. This place is a nightmare! The place was with only two other customers! Nobody in drive through! Come on! Get...

Don't count on them. I was having a horrible first half of my day. Pretty much everything that could go wrong did. When lunch time came around I thought I could rely on Wendys to give me a quick meal so I ordered a medium 10 peice meal before rushing back to work. When I got there I discovered that they had given me a bacon cheeseburger, a food that I could not eat due to dietary restrictions. I can understand if an obscure special instructions is messed up during a busy lunch rush, but there were not many people and to give me the entirely wrong order that I couldn't even eat was the cherry on top of a bad morning. Now I know they did not know I was having a bad morning and if I could eat the food they gave me I actually would have probably gotten a good deal on my lunch. But I put my faith in this location to provide me with their most basic product and they failed to deliver. I hope the person who got my meal at least enjoyed it and my co-worker enjoyed the part of my meal that I couldn't eat. Also the fries were caked in salt...
