Unfortunately, this Dunkin shouldn’t even get a one star for the rudeness and unprofessional behavior by both the staff and supervisor. We waited patiently in the drive-through until an employee finally took our order. We got up to the window and they gave us what was supposed to be a chocolate sprinkle donut, but it had very few sprinkles on it. We showed the employee the donut with paper underneath it to ask if we can get a donut with more sprinkles. Once she came back with the supervisor she said the donuts came that way and I said okay. And the supervisor then told me to drive away and pointed for me to leave. I politely said I was waiting for my coffee. We also ordered hash browns with ketchup and didn’t get any ketchup. When I asked the cashier what the issue was, because she looked so angry, she said “go ahead,” motioning with her hands for me to drive away. At this point, I asked to speak to the supervisor. When the supervisor came, I told her that the employee was being rude and I didn’t understand why. The supervisor was very unprofessional and told me I was being rude because of how I had handed the donut to the drive-through attendant. She said I should of put the donut back in the bag. How could the employee see what I was talking about if I didn’t show her the donut? The whole interaction was ridiculous. They were rude, unprofessional and didn’t even give us a receipt. I have never been treated this way. I work as a first responder and deal with the public all the time and would never talk to someone the way these women did to us. When I asked what I did wrong to be treated this why, they had no answer except to say how I showed them the donut. Unfortunately, Dunkin Donuts has been my go-to since growing up in NYC. I think I will just pay the extra money and be treated better somewhere else. I will be calling Dunkin’s corporate office when they’re open on Monday. No one should be treated the way we were treated today. We also did not eat the donut or the coffee after that interaction. So it was all a waste of time and money. It’s becoming a very sad world when people can treat other people with such hate. After leaving, we looked at the reviews for this Dunkin and they were horrible. Something needs to be done to fix this issue. This is what the donut looked like when we received it.

This Dunkin location lost a customer today. After many visits here, I had the absolute displeasure of being served by the "district manager". She was so rude and lacked basic customer service skills, I pray that she's not in charge of training the staff. I ordered a no ice, iced coffee, fulling expecting that the cup would not be filled to the brim, but the SHAMEFUL half a cup she served me was despicable and frankly a total rip-off. When I inquired about the 1/2 filled cup, she continually repeated that the quantity served was "Dunkin' policy".. "Dunkin' policy"! Cool, Dunkin's policy has lost a customer thanks to this district manager doubling down with me to prove a point. Paying $6 for 5oz of iced coffee is LUDICRIS. I find no value in this and I will not bother with Dunkin going forward. I also want to point out, I have never had a bad service experience with any other employee at this location. If this is how the district managers carry on, Dunkin is in trouble. Policy is important, but customer service is what keeps the lights on.

This used to be my go to Dunkin’s, but no longer. Had the worst experience yesterday. I ordered a cookie butter doughnut through the app. They did not have it in stock and I asked for a refund. They told me to get the refund through the app which is not possible and can be done by filing a case with corporate. When I explain to them that it’s not easy to get a refund through the app, the manager came and yelled at me, accusing me of asking for a full refund for my entire order, which i certainly had not asked for. When I explained, I simply wanted my two dollar doughnut refunded. She did give me $2, but continued to try and fight with me, saying, “so you don’t think I can talk to you however I want?” Honestly it was a lot of drama for 7 o’clock in the morning over a donut. To make matters worse, the coffee I got was only 3/4 full and the breakfast sandwich was completely burnt (black). I usually stop by here on the way to work to buy breakfast for my team, but it looks like I’m going to have to find a new coffee shop altogether.

I've had one too many bad incidents with this location yet so glad a brand new Dunkin' opened on 17. I don't have to deal with this place any longer. My first experience was the WORST and should have never gone back afterward. Temporarily without a vehicle and coincidentally without coffe at home, I ordered through Uber home. 35min after placing my order I am notified the driver is waiting to pick up my order. 15min later, its showing the driver is still there, waiting to pick up my order. Not wanting my food and coffee cold, I called to see if it was a matter of them being busy or the driver hanging out, or something else. Before I could finish my question, the person the other end of the line just went off with a barrage of excuses yet not in an apologetic way. There was an exhaustive tone and a sense of "Yeah, I got problems, deal with it". I didn't even complain, I was literally just asking a question. Message to the proprietors of this location: YOU ARE LUCKY! How quickly you forget what the pandemic did to restaurants. Your building is 'tired' looking and your parking lot is dirty. If I were an employee of yours I wouldn't be excited to work there either. The person on the phone twice said you are understaffed. Be it an excuse or not, it appears it is. 50 minutes to process an...

I can’t believe I even have to rate this place with one star after the absolutely terrible experience I just had. We waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins before giving up and going inside after no one answered us at the window. People were giving up in the lines outside and inside the store. The inside of the store was a disaster; covered in disgusting food and spilled drinks. The staff messed our order up and everything has been sitting for probably 30 mins and is barely even edible at this point. We only received part of the order and only because we grabbed it from the employee counter. Because we ordered online we could not cancel the order and were forced to wait. They were not serving hot food anymore but wouldn’t tell people until after they waited for sometimes 30+ minutes. The staff were discussing closing and locking the lobby to keep people out. My husband tried to ask for help and the staff actually pretended like they couldn’t hear him. The lack of customer service was baffling. I’ve never seen a more poorly run...
