Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Just came from this JM location and the lack of customer service from the unenthused lazy employee that didn't even attempt to help me was shocking! I placed an online order (my first time) to avoid the wait & any crowd. When I arrived I was told no order under my name. It appears I accidently ordered it from the other store in Mt P. When I asked what could be done, the young lady said, you have to drive to that location and get it... WHAT?! I then stated that that was not an option for me and she then said, nothing they can do if a customer orders from wrong location. WOW!!! I asked what kind of customer service (or lack thereof is this?) I then proceeded to tell her what to do. Call the other JM and cancel my order. At that time it was my intention to walk out and never return to this location, but the other worker there started asking me what I ordered and proceeded to make it. WHY WASN'T THIS DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! There weren't any other consumers there, so it's not like they were busy, I saw 3 employees, standing around. & one cleaning the front door. The main complaints I'm seeing about this location is regarding the lack of customer service. Owner/Manager/Supervisors need to teach their staff about servicing the customer. I came back to the office and told EVERYONE about my poor experience there, and come to find out the other order I picked up from there was incomplete! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! i cannot begin to comprehend what small brained, white trash, uninformed, dimwit, repulsive, detestable, minion sized idiot decided for the Doordash delivery fee on Jersey Mikes to be $8!!!! ABSOLUTELY SICKENING!!! While i was busy and occupied with withering away in my own hunger observing my options on the doordash application for IOS 17, I came across a little-known of restaurant establishment by the name of Jersey Mikes sub sandwiches. In my state of hunger i decided to peruse the options at my disposal that i could possibly order from this great and exquisite corporate owned, brick and mortar food store in my city, But to my surprise after carefully constructing an order sheet comparable to that of a small child's christmas wishlist comprising everything they want, It was brought to my attention that this establishment has set the standard delivery fee for their orders at an absolutely astonishing and dumbfounding $8, this instantly repulsed me as what kind of intelligent manager for this given store would set that kind of UNACCEPTABLE entry barrier for one who is trying to enjoy their...

Food is great and that's why I gave 2 stars. Online ordering customer service is the opposite. When you place an order, the app tells you to show up at a specific time to pick up your order. My order has NEVER been ready within 10 minute of the app scheduled pick up time. I would have received my meal MUCH sooner had I just gotten in line and ordered like every other walk in customer. When I asked the staff the reason for the hold up, they just say sorry.
