Whether you order a pizza, sub or salad .. how difficult is it to get it right. I ordered a salad for my pregnant wife that was supposed to be WITHOUT red onion and WITH grilled chicken and dressing on the SIDE.

When it was delivered there was Red Onion and no chicken or dressing anywhere to be found. It was on the receipt correctly; at least that got that right.

When I called the store the phone was busy for 15 minutes straight. Believe me, I understand that there are busy times, but how about planning for that. When I finally got through I was asked to hold .. which I did for 15 minutes before hanging up and dialing back in. I got through again and was asked to hold and at this point stated that I wished not to hold because of what had happened up until this point. After explaining my situation I was RUDELY told that she was the only one answering phones and also had 4 people standing in front of her waiting to order; she would be unable to at that moment pull up my order. I'd had enough and hung up.

I will supplement this weak meal on my own and eat the cost. But i WILL NOT recommend this place or let others order there without knowing what could be their experience if it's anything like mine.

What was right wasn't bad, but certainly not worth my time, energy or hard earned money. There are many better...

The pizza, wings and cheesy bread was good. The women who helped me was really sweet. The manager was dealing apparently dealing with an employee issue. He me stand at the counter for about 2 minutes as he talked to the employee about what is apparently poor work habits. Even commented how I had been standing there for 2 minutes and no one had helped me and that was wrong. However, he did not move to assist me and I guess he was too stupid to realize I could hear everything he said. The employee appeared to be a teenager worker. Other than that all was good. The food was good. The staff that assisted were excellent. I will be ordering again...and hopefully the teenager will get his...

I ordered a medium pizza to be delivered last night. The cost was under $13. They add in tax (of course) and a $2.50 delivery fee. I added another $3 for tip.

When I signed the receipt the driver mocked "only $3". I was in front of a neighbor and was taken aback .. I mean $3 is more than a 20% tip. Whether or not the driver gets the $2.50 delivery fee that's charged (and I'm guessing he does), this tip was still sufficient. This isn't fine dining where you served us over the course of an hour! You delivered a pizza. Come on man! I've ordered twice and the first time my order was screwed up and now this ungrateful employee pulls this??? Decent pizza but nowhere near worth...
