Read moreIf only I could give a nagative star...I went to order my food around 9pm and I got rubbed of $20. I gave the girl in drive through $100 and instead of $66 she gave me back $46. Before I drove off I checked the receipt and the money and stood there meanwhile she tried to ignore me... The guy behind me backed off telling me to back my car so maybe she will noticed me...but still nothing. Only when another woman came over to switch shifts I guess she opened the window looking at me like I had 3 heads. I told her that I was short $20 so she said she needs to count the register so I asked what's the guarantee that the first girl didn't pocket the money? I took my 6 year old from the back and went in. The same woman came over telling me she was not over in her register so I asked her to call the cops. As I sat there the person that stole from me left without even trying to look my way. Couple minutes later the same woman comes back handing me $20 saying her boss pulled that money out of her own purse to keep me happy. I could care less where that money came from!!! I went to your place to give you business and you decided steal from me!!! ( not to mention when I got home not only the food was cold after the whole ordeal but was missing 2 sandwiches). It does not matter if it's $2 or $20 you just don't steal from people and you sure shouldn't make them feel like they doing something wrong for catching on and asking for what's theirs. I hope that the girl got fired not because I'm heartless but because maybe she will learn from this preventing her to do more harm in the future... As far for your future services??? Thank you but no thank you, NEVER AGAIN! And I will make sure to warn whoever I know to stay away and whoever will decide to go there... I suggest check your...
Read moreSometimes things coordinate in such a way that you think you're being punked. I stopped at this McDonald's with my family on the way home to upstate NY from NYC and sweet lord I wish I hadn't. I should have known this wasn't going to go well when the first gentleman in line's order, which was pretty standard fare, required manager intervention. "No worries," said I, "I'm sure something strange happened!" After my order was placed (which went more or less without a hitch) the waiting started, and continued, and continued, and continued. 10 minutes in, the second event that had me looking for cameras; a woman walked in with a large slice of pizza split in half wrapped in a greasy piece of paper, stepped to the counter, and inquired loudly if someone was working there. When the response was affirmative, she proceeded to order two snack wraps. This occurred about 10 minutes into my wait. In the meantime, I'm standing nearby, waiting in a baffled state, as seemingly a dozen employees stood around while one poor employee tried to fill, called for fries, etc.
Finally, five more minutes later (more than a 15 minute wait), my food was provided. Apple juice for the kids meals were placed ON TOP of my food, crushing whatever semblance of edibility from it. My wife's breakfast sandwich was greasy to the point that it appeared as though it had just stepped from a bath in the fryer. Finally, the proverbial straw, the fries, McD's best offering, were tasteless, undercooked, and terrible. Long wait? Yes. Bad Service? Yes. Ruined French Fries? That, sir, I cannot abide. If I could give this place zero...
