Arby's — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

Had a very awkward and upsetting experience. Set in the long line for a very long time which is understandable and it's great they were busy. Want even upset about it. I could hear somebody yelling at a customer in front of me but it was too cold to roll down my window and hear exactly what was being said. When placing our order the first person taking our order didn't read back the order so I requested that they did considering it was a fairly large order. A different person got on this speaker and started snapping our ordered back to us. Very VERY loudly! To the point I asked her to please stop talking to us that way. It was wrong so I corrected the lady kindly. She proceeded to tell me that, that was my order yelling at me. The lady behind me in her car decided to pull out and leave, and as she was, suggested I just leave also, said she had never heard of such a thing. I decided to just continue to the window. I found out that it was a manager named Regina that was talking to customers that way. When I checked the order not only was it wrong but my food was dumped out in the bag (sliders, fries, mozz stick, poppers etc, and no sauces what so ever for the mozz sticks and poppers, no arbys or horsey that we requested. The line was too long to go back through and to be honest we were scared to say anything. It was over a $40 order. I had to get food somewhere else for my kids friends I had sleeping over. I ended up spending almost $100 for fast for that day. And was slightly traumatized. There is no way that lady doesn't act this way all the time. I feel so bad for the employees that work with her. She's out right abusive and a law suit waiting to happen. I just hope that someone is brave enough to report her. We will never be going back to that arbys. And I will be sharing the experience for a while to come. It's definitely one...

I seen an ad for the big bacon cheeseburger.... Looked sooo good with the bacon, cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato. I have all 3 members of this home down sick, and thought i would catch a break from cooking and just grab the sandwich. I have to Google search what a waygo is. Decided it may be worth a try. I should have chosen McDonald's kids meal instead.

Got the sandwiches home for all 3 of us.... Opened the wrapper....

Sandwich is cold.... Hasn't even been microwave heated.

No sign that the cheese has ever tried to melt.

I had to use a fork to cut thru the tasteless, charbroiled, jerky that is supposed to be a "quality burger".

"Meat" wasn't much bigger than McDonald's kids meal burger

No bacon, on any of the sandwiches.

Tomato -barely had a pink/red color. Found 2 pickles on my sandwich

Within 90 minutes, all 3 of us are suffering with diarrhea. I had given my 2 dogs the rest of 2 sandwiches that we couldn't choke down - now, even the dogs are begging for additional frequent potty...

The Arbys in Mt Vernon Ohio is great. I personally have not had any issues with them Ever in the 11yrs ive lived in Knox. Atleast not that I can remember. There food is all around good. I love there cheese sticks and premium chicken sandwhiches. Honestly I dont think theres a single thing at arbys I dont like. Also when you catch the coupons is a good day to grab a deal and also they do run specials quite a bit. Also every Arbys is different so one arbys may advertise there fish and one arbys in another city may advertise Roast Beef. Keep in mind thats how almost all food industries are. Its even that way with walmart. If you goto the Westerville walmart there prices will differ from Mt Vernon and the reason is because of the market thats around them so its...
