McDonald's — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

I can't even start with the good stuff on this review...there isn't any 😄 so on to the bad stuff... Just started off I had to stand there like an idiot while the employees knew I was ready to order at the counter where I should have been greeted by a human not the order at the kiosk BS. And of course the employee ignored me never greeted me so I had to put my order in through the kiosk. When my order finally did come up they forgot my cups they forgot the McFlurries and shorted us a french fry. As we are waiting the prior two or three customers also had walked in from the drive-thru as well as dine-ins looking for the rest of their orders. At that point I knew I was going to have some trouble. While we were waiting one of the employees ripped off his vest threw it on the ground and was kicking it around from the kitchen into the lobby area while he was screaming and yelling. Everybody there looked like they must have been on some kind of drugs or downers or something nobody was acting right I was really concerned about eating the food there. From the picture you can see somebody decided to take a bite of a couple of my nuggets before I got to 😂I still ate all the other nuggets that did not have bites out of them because they were hot so I imagine they were safe to eat 🫣. It's been a while since I've been to that McDonald's again when I don't visit a place it's usually for a reason. I give most businesses 6 months before I return to see if they sort it out their own stupid yet or not and unfortunately most of the time they do not. Not telling you not to go eat at this McDonald's but geez Louise this stuff's getting ridiculous...

Ok, We ordered a sausage mcmuffin, the 2 sausage burrito and a pancakes. To drink water and coffee. Asked bottle to just a cup for watre. Just a cup please. It's 8:30, no one but us in line. We get a number, and a cup for the water. A manager brings out the food, drops it and leaves. No coffee, a bottle of water. No syrup or butter for the pancakes, that are cold, not even warm, just cold. No Coffee, yea, said that twice. A hash brown must have come with the mc muffin. It to was cold, maybe a hint of heat, but I was comparing it to the pancakes. The burritos looked more like a couple of Phillipines Limpia, they were about as big around as my thumb. It just reminds me why I am not one of the hundreds is the drive through getting fast food, so I don't have to cook. Such a disappointment. It used to be a special treat to go to Mc Donalds, now it's just an expensive disappointment. The kid that took my order was more worried about the sauce for my burrito, I got two packets, they were so small, I only used one. The couple behind us? She took her mcmuffin back up to be warmed up. We all just laughed about how expensive it was and how bad it was. It will probably be another 6 months before we go back. But, don't worry, everyday I go by that store, there is always a line at the drive through. So, I guess it works for most people. Worst of all, this meal...

It is not just this one negative experience but this particular stores never ending ability to get something wrong EVERY time. This morning my wife's bagel was wrong again.(Hold the breakfast sauce, extra silvered onions) They actually managed to hold the breakfast sauce for a change of pace but no onions at all. Also pulled off again(aware order was big no worries there). Even though the person that took my order seemed irritated to take my order. I asked for Ketchup a small thing. I was assured by the person who brought it out to me that it was in the bag. That was not the case, that was an easy win, this store failed. I am just one of billions served, but when I decide a chain/restaurant has wronged me enough times I declare it dead to me and will NEVER return. Bob Evans to name one has reached this point I have not returned in 2 years and never will. I am a vocal custom when up set. I will cry out across the internet and to everyone I encounter regarding the incompetence demonstrated at this store. I have been to McDonald's all over the eastern sea board with nary an issue.
