Panda Express — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

I have never been so pissed at a fast food place! I placed my order at 5:10pm today. I was told it would be 5-10 minutes for the teriyaki chicken. I was in the drive through. I was asked to pull around front into a specific spot and they would bring it "right" out. I got engrossed in my phone and last track of time ...it was 5:50 and still no food so I went inside. I told the girl behind the counter I was wondering where my food was. She told me they were waiting on my egg rolls. I interjected that I had been waiting since 10 minutes after 5 and she said..."then you can wait a little longer"! What did she just say to me? Another guest, and due to the treatment we were getting, I use the term guest very loosely, said we could have gone to Hong Kong, eaten and been home by now. That clerk wasn't even facing us but she turned around and said "what's stopping you"? When I had enough I asked how long my egg rolls would be, she then raised her voice and said "can't you see we are short handed? Honestly I don't know how many people work during a shift but I counted 6 through the rage I was seeing. That was an experience that cost you my future patronage!!! (I gave you the abridged version of the visit. She has no business in customer service!) I will admit that I responded to her in a not so kind way. I should have kept my cool....speaking of cool ...I live about 5 or so minutes from the store. When I got home I immediately sat down to eat and my food was COLD, NOT COOL..COLD!!!!...

The last time I went I got thete as they opened. What I wanted hadn't been cooked yet and I had to wait. This time I finshed my shopping 1/2 hiur after they opened. There were 3 employees sitting in the lobby so I figured all the dishes were cooked. Nope. The mixed vegetable and chicken/mushroom had not beed made yet. I paid, sat where I could see the register, and keep my walker out of the way. After 20 minutes I went up and asked about my food The girl on register asked if it was for a pickup or delivery. When I said no she walked away. I thought she was going to inqure about my food so I sat down out of the way again. 15.minutes later I went up and asked for a refund. The cook had left and nobody called me up for my food. When I, with an attitude, pointed out nobody was cooking, the girls behind the countet finally got my food. Because of that nonsense i missed my bus and had to wait 45 for the next. I'd like to say I'll never go back, but that would be a lie. The only reason I'll go back is because it's located right next to yhe bus stop. I considered IHOP but the pedestrian entrance isn't handicapped friendly and I hate playing dodge car when I'm forced to use driveways. Next time I go shopping I guess I'll try calling my order in for pickup before i get in line at walmart. I used to work food service and we had to have all menu items ready before we opened. I don't know if the problem here is poor scheduling or...

Never been treated so bad in a restaurant in my life, the manager Dae Han was very rude to me and 2 of my friends since we walked in he kept saying that was very simple that he made a simple question as if we didnt answer it, even though we answered many times that was to be paid separate he kept sayin it was very simple over and over... as he saw we were not americans and as i asked for chop sticks after payment and i did not find them in counter with napkins or any forks. he said i had to wait for the other costumer that was paying and i said i just wanted some chopsticks and he grabbed a cup asking me as if i didnt know how to speak english, he asked me step back as i got closer to point to the sticks, as if i was a threat to him or the customer he said i had to wait for him to finish again, i was there waiting for chopstick as my food was getting cold it was ridiculous i said sir ure being rude i just want some sticks and he said for me to lower my voice or he was gonna make me eat outside, i grabbed and said i wasnt gonna eat outside and he could call the police cause my friends were already sitting waiting.. and he did call. he didnt offer any drinks or sticks or forks to begin with while we were paying and all the time acting like we didnt deserve to be in his restaurant when the cops came he said we didnt have the right to be in his country.. Never coming back to this place again, this place doesnt...
