Boba Bliss — Restaurant in Mountain View

I normally don’t leave reviews but this spot deserves a 5 star.

Food wise, like all spots some drinks aren’t worth it—I would avoid the jasmine milk tea, which despite its good reviews tasted like mostly milk to my friend—but I’d say most on the menu are delicious, like the mango drinks/taro drinks/non milk teas. High quality fruits and reasonable California sizes/pricing (2 drinks were ~$12 for me.) The service is an absolute plus here—our cashier was highly attentive and didn’t leave anyone waiting, even when we were just asking for the bathroom password. Because my friend lives far away & didn’t want to go home disappointed we ended up notifying the cashier about the jasmine milk tea and he simply asked how we would like it remade, and actually allowed us to have a totally different drink free of charge even while the shop was pretty busy. He was quick, friendly, respectful, and overly reasonable when he didn’t have to be, even while rushing around because the store was pumping out drinks within 1-5 minutes of each order, so huge ups to the high quality service of the hardworking staff and their speed never sacrificing quality. So for those of you complaining that you didn’t like a certain drink, all you have to do is ask respectfully. Every restaurant has its not-so-great items and this place is proven they’re willing to help you find what you like.

The store is also beautiful, music is great, making the atmosphere great for a casual hangout/studying/date stop as there are lots of places to stand or sit, including areas outside.

Pistachio Matcha Bliss An awesome special they had! My boyfriend’s favorite - he is super into matcha right now & he has always been a huge fan of pistachio. Matcha and pistachio mix so well.

Royal King Oolong Tea (Less Sweet w/ Boba) Definitely a more mild drink. A more standard drink to sip on. Adding boba to this is a must!

Natural Ube Taro Milk Taro and ube drinks always end up being my favorites! I just love the creamy tastes of taro and ube. The perfect amount of sweetness - more of a mild sweet.

Oreo Cookie Puff Cream This was definitely more of a dessert drink. Very sweet and delicious. I loved the combination of the cookie crumbs with the brown sugar boba. The house-made puff cream was perfectly creamy.

I was invited to try the boba drinks here so I brought my boyfriend. We had a blast trying a variety of drinks from their menu. They had so many different options - it was hard to settle on just a few. The staff was kind and informed us of all the little details on each drink. I would definitely come back here - the drinks really satisfied our boba cravings!

My family and I love milk tea from Boba Bliss! We have tried many Boba shops all around the Bay Area, and Boba Bliss remains our most favorite of all time. Their menu has a good variety for everyone at all ages.

HOJICHA is my favorite but too bad it is only served certains months of the year, not all year round. So whenever they have hojitcha on their menu, I go there all the rime.

My toddlers love their fresh and organic STRAWBERRY MILK with glass jelly. I am picky when it comes to give my kids sweet drinks, but this mommy approves Boba Bliss's strawberry milk as it is fresh, organic, not powdery, and sugar level is adjustable.

My teenager kid loves their OREO COOKIE PUFF CREAM. She has tried the same drink at other boba shops, and Orea Cookie Puff Cream at Boba Bliss wins her heart.

If you are a fan of a simple black milk tea like my hubby, you gotta try ROYAL KING OOLONG MILK TEA. Sugar and ice levels are adjustable. It is classic and hits the spot and satisfies the crave.

My mom loves NATURAL TARO UBE, which is a great blend with real taro ingredient without the fake powdery thingy.
