Disappointing Service – Unprofessional and Confusing I’ve been a customer at their other location for couple years, but this visit was shockingly poor. Despite having an appointment, no one greeted me when I walked in—I was just directed to sit down. A girl removed my old nails but seemed completely lost when I asked for gemstone designs. repeatedly She asked:“Where do you want the gems for each nail?” and details with no suggestions I have to tell her each nail with each gems where should put on even I showed a picture that what I want…and later she asked:"How should I stick it on and seal them? what do you want to seal?" When I expressed confusion, she stopped working and said she didn’t know what to do next. Then I had to choose between two sealing options, or she just stopped there and don’t know what to do. If I knew how to do it myself, why would I pay for a salon service? The whole experience was baffling and frustrating. Extremely unprofessional. A nail salon should guide clients, not expect them to give technical instructions....
