McDonald's — Restaurant in Mountain View

This woman who is the manager of Macdonald in El Monte Mt. View is Rude and nasty. I have been trying to contact the owner but he never returned my call. I do know for the fact that since he is also Mexican obviously he takes her side. The big problem is u don’t know how to complain with all these franchise owner that they run poor management and never care about customers. All they care about Is how much money they make. I hate this store and the way this woman manager Has an attitude problem. Somebody has to teach her to be a bit polite and improve her behavior. I knew her from the store in Sunnyvale as I asked to change my cold coffee one day, all of a sudden she told me to get out I call the cups ! Unfortunately when I moved to Mt.View I saw her working in El Monte Macdonald . I knew she doesn’t like me and finally the other day when I asked for fries she drop it on the counter and asked me to get out! I told her why is it that she is against me? I have been always polite and nice to her. So, again she called the cops on me simply because I told her there is no toilet tissues and with the Gross bathroom! Also the day I saw her with couple of mangers I told her do u remember me? That u called the cops? She didn’t have anything to say in front of those guys ! Finally she recognized me and ever since she was rude with her nasty attitude. And if I say I need a bag to put the napkins, she said ( we do it this way) With that Sharp and Nasty tone of Voice !!

I tried to avoid any confrontation with this woman. Even though sometimes I would complement her look but she would totally ignore me with her nasty look ! So, who is or where is her Boss? They all are Mexican and even if I am right there boss wouldn’t give a Damn!

Overall, I am totally shocked by her behavior and I do know that her boss doesn’t care about the customer and the Wonderful RUDE and Garbage Manager !! Perhaps that is the reason He hides and does not respond to my phone call ! It is so sad that her boss doesn’t teach the manager how to behave with customers. All they want is Money !! I have seen these kind of behavior and Rudeness in all the Macdonald...

I wish I could give it a no star... So excited to have a Mcdonald's meal this morning and sadly a situation occurred which turned into turmoil. I am shocked, displeased, and probably will never return to the El Monte Mountain View location which is in California. I was treated so poorly and felt harassed by the cashier and the manager of this establishment.

At 10:00 am I placed an order for sausage McMuffin with no sausage and two breakfast burritos through a monitor. I forgot to add another item, the person in the window who took my order through the monitor added the additional items. I went to the next window to pay, pick up the order. When I got to the window I was asked for the receipt and realized I had skipped the previous window to pay. I reached out to pay, the same woman from the previous window now is shouting and screaming at me with these words "no pay, no food" and shuts the window in my face I am sitting in my car the entire time, and another person opens the window asks me to park aside and a manager will meet with me. With caution, I did just that, now a manager approaches, asks me for a receipt? I am explaining what had happened to him that this is a complete misunderstanding and he demands a receipt and yells at me.

If I made the mistake of not paying in the right window, then an employee should adjust the situation by explaining I skipped the pay window, if I can take care of the payment here. But to scream and fight with a customer, I do speak Spanish, I understood the foul language the cashier used. My intention was not to get a free meal, nor to take a meal without paying. But I was treated so poorly, and want this establishment to know that the female cashier and the manager should...

UPDATE: 08/07/2025‼️

Happened again, I was hoping they would have improved but it is UBER EATS failing... On the app, to track your delieverer, Uber Eats displays the map, type of vehicle and name of deliverer. This person was on a motorcycle this time, PAVEL shows he picked up the order and never delivers my order but runs off with it. Contacted Uber Eats and says it will take 7-10 days to refund me. But the other day when I had to use Uber Eats and an item was inccorect had to contact HELP, Uber Eats refunded me on the spot for $2 but with this order which is about $25, I didn't see a refund on my bank statement. I am starting to think there is some type of SCAM going on here‼️ I still haven't been refunded with my other order from June 26th which was also a cancelled order.

UPDATE Review: 07/23/2025

I have used the McDonald's app to order delivery from here and won't be using it any longer. It crashes and every time I do place a delivery, my order always comes with something missing!

I have an order that I cancelled on June 26th and still have not received my refund. Ive contacted Uber Eats who says they can only escalate the issue but don't actually supply the refund because McDonalds has the payment details. I contact McDonalds directly and they say it is Uber Eat's responsibility. It is actually stealing when you've cancelled an order and did not receive any thing for it.
