I went to Jamba Juice today and had a very unpleasant experience. I pre-ordered a Caribbean Passion via mobile order, and when I arrived at pickup time, there were a lot of customers inside the store. I picked up my juice, thinking that I was lucky to have ordered in advance, but the color was yellow. I always drank Caribbean Passion, so I knew the color was supposed to be pinkish orange, and as soon as I saw it, I knew something was wrong, and I told them that the juice must have come out wrong. They then told me that the strawberries and peaches were picked early and that's why it was the color it was! How ridiculous is this? This does not make any sense at all. I still thought it was too yellow, so I asked them to make it again because they probably left out the strawberries by mistake. I waited for a while and they never called my name, and when everyone else in the store had picked up and left and there was no one left, I told them again that my Caribbean Passion was still not out. Then they just asked me again what was wrong. I had been waiting there for about 20 minutes! So I told the staff again, I think the Caribbean Passion I ordered came out wrong. When I told them that this color was supposed to be pinkish orange, but it was yellow, they exchanged a few words amongst themselves and told me the same thing as before, that the strawberries and peaches were picked early and that's why they were this color. They told me that even if they made it again, it would be this color. I left the store, not wanting to waste any more of my time. The yellow Caribbean Passion they made me had already melted because it had been out for 30 minutes. I was thirsty so I drank it, and it tasted completely different from the Caribbean Passion that I always had. What a waste of time talking with the employees just to get a failed yellow...

*I received a response from the owner, I wanted to see if my issue was addressed and I ordered again today (June 29th). I received my bowl and was happy with the improvement 😄. My bowl was filled and not half empty, my extra ingredients were added, waffle pieces were bite sized 👌🏽. I am very happy with the results and will continue to be a loyal customer as long as they continue to fill my orders with care.
Review - June 20th | This location is literally three minutes from my residence. For a bowl they charge you about $12.50 and can be more if you add more ingredients to your bowl.
This location just can't keep it together. Sometimes my bowls are half full which is a rip-off or my added on ingredients don't get added to the bowl which is also a rip-off, I've paid the full price several times.
This will be my last time supporting this location and I can clearly see this location is having trouble keeping patrons happy. If you the employees would just follow what is on the order ticket and actually fill the bowls properly, you would have happier customers.
Today again, I paid for added on granola but the extra granola NEVER made it into my bowl at ALL. The waffle wasn't even pieced in chunks. I literally ate three HUGE pieces of waffle instead of 6 to 8 pieces. The bananas were added good grief. What I don't understand is, I went in to pick up the order and it wasn't busy at all. STOP rushing and carefully fill...
Read moreWhen did Jamba Juice prices go up to $7-12 each? What!?!? This visit may be our last because of the prices, which is sad to say with the hot summer months still ahead. For the same price as one $12 Jamba Juice, I can buy ingredients to make 4-6 smoothies at home.
There were two employees in the store, the fewest I'd ever seen at any Jamba Juice. Neither offered any greeting. And there wasn't the option to order from a human. The only option was the kiosk, which I suppose also assumes that no one is paying with cash anymore. Hmm.
There was no atmosphere. It was very quiet, just a bunch of groups huddled in different spots waiting for their orders, then leaving. I remember Jamba Juice stores feeling welcoming and lively, which was absent here.
The smoothies tasted great, though they could have been blended for another 10-20 seconds so that we weren't getting our straws blocked by unblended chunks of fruit. Even if they were blended perfectly, the prices will...
