Pizza My Heart — Restaurant in Mountain View

The amount of toppings is not consistent! One guy adds on plenty of toppings while another adds just enough so that you can identify what kind of pizza you're getting. Stopped by tonight but after one glance, I walked out and won't bother coming back as this is the second time this has happened! Have returned and been satisfied. Evidently, the person making skimpy pizzas has left. Anyway, you see what your buying before payment so not much can go wrong.

The one in Sunnyvale is much better with a whole load of toppings and has Dave's Hot Chicken right across the walkway.

To owner: That's not helpful at all! I like the veggie pizza and, so help me God, one puts just enough to sell it, another guy adds a lot of toppings. I can see it before I order so why would I order it? Once I realized what was what, I tried another store and found it much better. It's up to you to fix the situation! I'm not going to buy a couple of pieces and then complain. That's ludacris! Your place is closer to me so I may still stop and check, like I did last night, to see if...

I've been to PizzaMyHeart before and the food was as good as always and the price was what I expected between $4.75-$5.25 per slice.

What made me really decide to write this review was the service. The crew working at this time was excellent! They work together well to get your order completed with a real smile and care. They even confirmed that my pizza was exactly how I liked it cooked. I personally like my pizza extra crunchy with a burnt taste. They immediately took it back and they were very personable and made it exactly how I liked it. They were awesome and you can tell this location does a good job at communicating with each other.

I sat down and ate close to their order counter and between bites heard a few rude customers, but the PMH team did a great job at handling them professionally with a real smile. They were also great to all their regulars.

When I visited today, the staff was great. I was greeted by a man whose name I believe is Tim. He asked me how I was doing and took my order. A customer came in behind me and tried to call out Tim's name in an effort to show that he remembered it. Tim remembered the customer's name. It was nice seeing that the staff here has an actual relationship with some of the customers. CJ rang me up and both he and the customer behind me were very supportive and encouraging of me trying out Android Pay for the first time. There was genuine curiosity among all of us as to whether it was possible to pay faster with a smartphone than with a chip credit card. That was just one fun experience in what has amounted to be a good day. Keep up the good work guys! What goes around comes around ;)
