Panda Express — Restaurant in Mountain View

No secret that with the Pandemic, many many restaurants are impacted and food quality has been dropped due lack of funds/ proper staff/ quality of produce etc. While some may not expect 'food franchises' to be impacted, unfortunately they have.

And amidst all this, there is this particular Panda Express branch that is delivering above and beyond Delicious Express Food

The food here is phenomenal!! My favorites are the Honey Walnut Shrimp , Orange Chicken and Being Beef. But can be sure everything else tastes equally good as well

I have been visiting this store every week since the start of the year and no matter what time it is- you willl see a bunch of hard working employees running the branch at fully throttle. And with masks - while I get tired after 30 mins of mask wearing ,you guys wear it all day , in that hot kitchen. Wow!!

I’m actually a huge fan of Panda Express even though everyone I know hates it. But the fact that the employees are all yelling and rushing customers all the time is already bad enough, then you add the fact that every time I go to this location I get like 4 pieces of chicken on my plate. I ordered beef today too (thinking there’s no peppers or broccoli or anything so I should get more meat) & I kid not I got 4.5 pieces of meat on my plate. Then the employee throws my plate on the counter & yells at somebody to hurry & charge me. I asked for chili sauce & this lady really put 1 packet of chili sauce for a full plate of food. I’m not coming to this location anymore :( I don’t get it does the food come out of...

So I am a little mixed on this PE location . They have a great selection of pretty good fast Chinese food that is normally cooked and great tasting. I understand that it is fast food so I am not saying that it is the ultimate in Chinese. What I have trouble with is the amount of dishes that are either too low to get a scoop on my to go box or are totally empty. The chefs in the back are always cooking, the smaller shop size makes that very noticeable. I also find that when I ask for any soy or chopsticks, I get a limited supply and the chopsticks are a splinter waiting to happen. Can we also say better access to napkins? Food quality is fine but the other items I feel need to...
