Clean Eatz — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

So I used to meal prep and do all of it myself but now with a toddler and infant and working full time, my days are completely insane. I just moved in the area and not an ambassador for them or anything but I tried this placed off Medical Center and they are fantastic! You can order meal plans and they are pretty reasonable. I specifically like counting macros because it works best for me, but you can do even less carbs or more protein, etc. They also have a frozen food section where you can walk in to grab & go or get the previous week’s meals if you like them a lot. I still love to cook when I can but this helps me stay on track when I can’t and way less than me ordering takeout. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the food could use a little more salt but totally okay because I actually need to watch my sodium intake, so I use a salt substitute or some other type of additional...

Everything is great, convenience worth the price. I can see people successfully losing weight by meal prepping with them! I think the idea is awesome!!!! But two problems for me!

First issues: I don’t want frozen foods, I prefer to order and receive the fresh meals as they are superior in texture in my opinion. Because of that I’d rather order, however see second issue.

Secondly: if you order on time, pick up days are conveniently Sunday where as if you are me and want the “half carb” meals... hopefully your off work Tuesday 11-3 to pick up because that’s your only option.

Could this location consider having all Sunday pick up days or offer fresh food never frozen in a fridge? Specifically the kinds we can’t order to pick...

I walk-in, grab a basket, and then make my way to the grab-and-go coolers. Not greeted, no offer for assistance🤔 I then choose my meals, in which chicken is 90% the only option for the grab-and-go. I approach the counter and there's a large container, the checkout payment systems automatically prompts to tip. What in the world did the workers do that someone should leave a tip?? STOP haggling customers for tips when you don't offer a valid customer service experience. Also, the serving size for each meal are very meager. $7+ for a meal🤔 I would recommend slightly larger portions and more veggie options for the meals-to-go.
