So. This Yes. Our second adventure in to the McAlister's in murfreesboro. Today's experience was kind of a 2 part experience. The customer service by Rhonda and Laura was amazing. They were attentive knowledgeable very kind very helpful. The food on the other hand not so much the kitchen needs to spend a little bit more attention to detail in one looking at the orders that are actually. Put into their system when they make the food. There were items that were missing from our orders that the cashier actually put in to be included in our order. Just a quality overall the food was not very great the soups were non consistent. My soup was very watery my girlfriend soup was very condensed like there wasn't enough water or whatever they add to actually make the soup. Soup as well as I have the unexpected pleasure of biting into 1/2 of my? Sandwich and finding something in my Sandwich that I can only describe as what looked like a pine needle from a tree. Definitely something that should not have been in the Sandwich. Overall customer service experience great food quality and food preparation not so much whoever is in charge needs to really spend some time with the kitchen staff this is actually. The second time we've been in the first time was a disaster of epic proportion which is the reason we came in the second time to try it and. Wasn't much better of an experience? Other than the girls were very kind and generous. We just moved to the area we enjoy going on exploring new places in new things have not had a great experience with McAlister's and murfreesboro. It also to only find out that now they've discontinued their delicious Lemon cookies which made ever Be brought back from what we were told. Overall just not a really great spriances far as enjoying it and really wanting to go back to this particular...
Read moreFebruary 17, 2019, I walked in at 7:10 PM on a Sunday evening. I ordered dinner and dessert for 2 to go, and waited. I was the only one waiting on food, and it took 25 mins to get my order completed. There were several omissions that I did not catch until I was back in my hotel room such as additional requested condiments and the side of pickle that comes with a sandwich. I ordered a choose 2 with ultimate nachos and a spud max. I only received 1/2 of an order of chips (meaning I received 1/4 of a full order). The bottom of my to-go container was barely covered with chips. The jalenpenos were missing. The spud was not completely cooked. What’s even worse, is the kitchen staff had to be aware of this. Instead of a typically fluffed potato, mine was simply sliced in 3-4 places so the potato could be opened and stuffed. The potato was so undercooked that it was crunchy.
My wife ordered a choose 2 with a BLT + Avocado and a potato with some veggies added. The BLT was not made with the typical amounts of bacon, lettuce, and tomato (the bread was almost touching itself). The avocado serving was about a teaspoon.
I drove 10 miles to frequent this location because I wanted McAlister’s, and there was not a closer location to where I was staying. After reading more of the Google reviews, it seems my experience was a typical Sunday evening happening, and it shows a systemic issue. Store ownership should evaluate their Sunday evening management seeing as my review will make the 3rd similar review in less than a quarter.
If this branch’s ownership and management are reading this review, please feel free to contact me. I will provide photos of both the poor food and the receipt...
Read moreThis was a great place to eat and the food was great and almost all the staff were great. I decided to go to this establishment for a lunch break. While pulling in the parking lot I was bothered by a young male around 16-18 years old which decided mouthing something at me and flipping me off in the parking lot. I asked the guy to repeat himself and he decided flipping me off and cowarding back to his car was his best option. So I went inside and proceeded to wait in line to order when approached by the general manager who decided to confront me about the situation outside and told me that since I was an adult and the guy was under age I should have known better, at which time I told him that whoever the guy was should have learn to conduct himself better and his parents probably should have raised him better. I am sure it was his son because the general manager was trying to defend the actions of the guy and thought it would be a good idea to harass a customer.so if you don’t mind a punk in the parking lot and the general manager there trying to harass you this is the...
