Yesterday December 26 I was picking up an order and I was ringing the bell for like 4 times and the manager was in front of me ignoring ne the all time ,I have to open the window and told her what going on and she said in a rude mode ,The bell is not working!!! So how should I know that is not working not sign o someting then she took so long to gimme 40 chicken mc nuggets ,believe me when I was young I worked at McDonald's and I know how much time takes to cook them ,then I told her why she was ignoring me And she said that she didnt listen even that I was knocking super hard wth my key chain ,the drive tru was not busy at all ,thats lame that u guys have so managers like this latina lady as I know McDonald's employees have to receive the costumers wth a smile she just got tire of my complain and shuts off the window on my face!! Read moreTerrible customer service from the manager Oscar! The food was cold. Not even luke warm! My sweet Tea wasn’t sweet. It tasted just like water with a color. So I asked Oscar could I just get a smoothie instead he told me “ with a up change yes” why would I pay extra for a smoothie when my order wasn’t hot and red nor was my drink made correctly?... I informed him customer service is pleasing the customer he said I can make you another sweet tea for no charge. I said why would I have you make another sweet tea when this one might not be right either. So he refused to understand my standpoint so I asked for a refund on the drinks for the meals we brought. Read moreThis McD is nice. We held a short business meeting here, so we got ourselves the usual burgers, fries, coffee, and other drinks.
Service is a tad slow because staff seem to be more focused on its Drive-Thru. No one's attending the dine-in counter. We had to wave and call their attention. When we received our orders (10 minutes later), they were in TO-GO brown bags... signaling us to "go" or leave the store. It was a bit surprising; but we dismissed the feeling of being not welcomed since we understood the crew may have gotten used to the Drive-Thru routine of bagging all orders.
The atmosphere is nice. It was quiet. I think there were only a few tables occupied, so we were able to complete our meeting without having to strain our ears/voice in the background noise. Layout, tables, and chairs have also been updated to a more ergonomically comfortable furniture.
