Unfortunately I have to adjust my rating based on some recent experiences. I typically swing by on my way to work in GR in the morning. I was calling my order in from the road, but several months ago, someone answered and told me I need to use the app. I'm driving, so I can't. So the next time I started trying to remember to use the app before I leave the house. Not the easiest when you're getting ready for work, but I can try it...it worked - one time. The next time I tried it told me it couldn't place my order, and I needed to contact the store - or something like that. That happened the next 4 times I tried to use the app, over the course of several weeks. So, this morning, I didn't waste my time trying to use the app, I just called from the road. The lady who answered said if I call ahead I have to pay over the phone. I don't have my CC number memorized. So I have to just show up and wait. The back and forth (use the app, the app doesn't work) is VERY frustrating. The pattern that I've noticed: if the super nice lady - short, a little bit of a rough edge to her voice - answers the phone it's no issue. I place my order, pay when I pick it up, have an awesome day, and tell everyonehow great BB's breakfast sandwichesare. If the other lady...maybe not always the same one(?) answers there's always some sort of issue. Her attitude is that I'm causing a problem for her, and I end up either not coming in at all and avoiding BB for a couple months, or coming in, waiting, and updating my review to 3 stars. I'm not sure why its so easy for one of them to just provide good customer service, but not the other. Why the app keeps going down... But it is supper frustrating for someone just trying to...
Read moreTuesday I went to the drive-in and ordered my drink. I waited over 5 minute at the window she never took payment she was just looking at me through the window. I eventually had to leave so I wouldn't be late for work. My drink was on the counter I watched them place it down once it was finished. I'm not sure if she wasn't paying attention was extremely upset I waited in line for 20 minutes and left without a drink. Today I came into the store hoping I would have a better experience. I ordered my drink. I waited in the store for 15 minutes before I had to leave. They were fully staffed. they had a young lady working the drive through and two lady working in the front. there was only two two customers at the time and I ended up having to leave the store without my drink that I paid for. they were talking to the customer that came in before me, there was no motivation to get the drinks completed. i have worked in a coffee shop before so I understand that days can be busy but there was literally only two customers in the store and there was two workers that were worker in the front, there was no excuse as to why I paid for a drink and left without it because the works are slow...
Read moreMy husband's and my first visit here was a couple days ago. We went through the drive thru and I ordered a jalapeño cheddar bagel with spicy garlic cream cheese and a small caramel white mocha. Let me just start off by saying that we are long time Starbucks fans. After tasting my drink, I told my husband to try it and he turned the car around to go back and order one for himself. This is saying a lot because we are picky when it comes to how we like our coffee drinks. In addition to all that, my bagel was soft, toasted and full of flavor. They did not skimp on the cream cheese (thank God for that!) and the spicy garlic flavor was super yummy. I was really happy that they put it all together for me like a sandwich and cut it in half like one, since it was a rather large bagel. I got 2 meals out of it - not bad for about $3! Can't wait to try more...
