Wendy's — Restaurant in Muskegon Charter Township

Placed a mobile order in the parking lot. Waited like 5 minutes to go in so they had time to prepare. I get inside and see my name on a list with about 3 people in front of me. No big deal. They placed their order before I did. However I see my salad and hamburger sitting on the counter. Behind 2 other people's orders. Again. Not a big deal. It looks like I'm in line. They made the 2 other orders that were before me on the list. Then made the 3 orders that e were under my name on the list. Ok. Not cool. Then they finally start to put together my food order. And after all the food is sitting on the counter. This was at least a 15 minute wait. So 20 minutes since ordering. The worker set my food on the counter and looks at me like it's done. But stares at my receipt to make sure he has it all. Then realized he needed to make frosties. We'll he says out loud that he needed a med chocolate and a small tripple berry. And then waits 2 minutes before making it himself. Then he stares at the receipt for another minute before making the tripple berry. Then again stares at the receipt for at least 3 minutes before wadding up my receipt and tossing it to the side before making my jr. chocolate frostie. I don't know if the whole crew is special needs or just slow. But it was the whole crew that was acting this way. Not a friendly environment. Not clean. And not going to...

Usually don't like to say bad things, but our recent visit wasn't great. We ordered 2 of the fish sandwiches, 2 Dave's Singles, a junior burger, 2 fries and a frosty. We were told it would be 4 minutes for the fish and that was fine. We paid and were instructed to pull forward to wait. We did and some guy walked out after a few minutes. I say some guy because he did NOT look like an employee. In fact, he looked like a construction worker......t-shirt, flannel, jeans, boots, hat and greasy hair (not that construction workers have greasy hair-don't come at me)......basically, not who I would expect to be bringing us our food. My husband said he was chewing something and wondered if he snacked on our fries. Anyway, the fries and burgers were all COLD, like they were pre made. The fish sandwiches barely had any tartar sauce and weren't great. The bread on all sandwiches were stale and dry. I love Wendy's when the food is prepared and served the way it should be. But, I rarely go anymore because it usually isn't very good.....maybe...

Go to order from here easter morning. Hours say 630am-1am, but no one is at the store. No hours posted on any doors saying different Easter hours either. Won't be going here anymore. Wasted 10 minutes of my morning. Oh and dont bother trying to call corporate to ask any questions on the weekend, they only have issues on weekdays apparently, since their lines and chat are not weekend operational.

EDIT: I was so happy with this new location for so long, workers were awesome when it opened and everything went smooth. Nowadays it feels just like the old building and employees did. Uninviting, angry at life, rude workers. Need new management or just a whole new staff. 1 or 2 people there are super friendly but the rest suck. Would shout out the awesome ones on here, but won't ever be back to get their names. Tried giving it several tries after my first review and only get a friendly worker 1/10 times. Not enough to want...
