The Tavrne — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

This bartender has no people skills she had no sense of urgency or no personality. She is very rude as well she was so worried about a young make patron at the end of her bar that she would not pay attention to the three of us during happy hour we tried to order tacos to go and in the middle of my friend telling her his order she walked away from him and turned her attention to 3 other people at the barv after telling for her to come back to finish his order my boyfriend's and I asked for 2 beers as she put mine ok the bar my beer tipped over into my Lap and on my phone she did not apologize nor offer me a towel to dry myself and phone off instead she threw a towel on the here in the bar and walked away my boyfriend then upset because I'm covered in beer asked her to come back with a towel for my legs and phone. He cleaned the beer from the bar as I dried my phone and my self off. Now still no apology for dumping beer on we asked for her to replace my spilled agaib she just walks away from us with no response. Or friend paid his tab we then decided to leave as well now thinking or beer was spilled everywhere with no apology our replaced beer we go to leave and this " bartender" stops my boyfriend And Asks for payment for the spilled beer. I have never been treated so badly I'm a bartender/ server for years as well and being in customer service most of my adult life I was uphauled at the arrogance and service ignorance of the person behind that bar how she has a job anywhere working with the public it's astonishing tho me at this rate I see this owner loading all of his customers by the end of this year's season if he keeps paying her to run customers of from his establishment. This was my first and last time going to The Tavern on Broadway inn myrtle beach. This bartender does not need to be in ANY position that has to deal with pleasing customers she had no people pleasing skills what so ever I will not recommend this bar to any one simply because of this inadiquate and incapable skill of this rude person playing at...

I used to love going to this bar but know I don't like going to this bar some of the bartenders only act nice because they have to some of them are very rude and don't know how to talk to customers and some don't have no manners what so ever and some of them look at you a certain type of way like they got a problem with u and if u bring food that's not from them they get a attitude when they are telling u that u can't have food from some where else if it's not there food I understand u telling someone that there not allowed to have food from another place in the bar but u don't have to a attitude with the customer when your telling them that there not allowed to have outside food from another place like I said I used to like this bar but some of the people that work there act like there racist to certain people especially if there not there regulars that they usually service everyday I've had some of the bartenders look at me funny like they have a...

The Tavern Bar in Mrytle Beach SC in January 2021 Tony and I was bar hopping in and around Mrytle Beach SC during my Birthday Trip. We went into the Tavern Bar and it was crazy dope!!! I know that's old school jargon but it was nice. A dive bar, a real hole in the wall ...it was dark inside with scattered tables, a pool table, a few games, lots of neon lights and a really great bartender named Ally. Tony loved it because his beer PBR was only $2.25 so he had a couple!!! Lol I was able to get my Sprite with lemon and lime. They also serve food but we didn't eat there. Only a few blocks back from oceanfront. Great location, Great atmosphere and they allow smoking!!! A big 5 Stars from us but restrooms needed attention. Good thing I have hand sanitizer in my bag!!! But definitely would stop...
