Kluck-it — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

Pros: Hands down, absolutely the most delicious, juicy wings u can get!! So flavorful, and perfect consistency of crunch, all made to order and fresh. The boneless wings are large, all portions where larger than average places. The cheese fries came in a huge dog bowl, completely filled up, and covered with cheese/bacon from top to bottom! The philly cheese steak is huge, comes with all the best goods in it, including orange, green and yellow bell peppers. SOOO GOOOD. My family and I intentionally look for small hole in the wall restaurants, those are usually the best and we are able to support small businesses as well. The cook done amazing!!

CONS: The cheese fries did not come with ranch. All extra ranch is .65. Water is $2.50 even though soda cans are $1.75. The place is small, which isnt a big deal if you have a small party of 4 or less. The waitress taking your order, was not happy to be there, maybe she was having a bad day but no matter how many times we said thank you and please, i never seen a smile from start to finish. The cook however came out, smiled and asked every one of us how good our food was.

She definitely took pride in her work, as she should bc its delicious! All orders over $75 they add a %5 gratuity, which is understandable but the cook is the reason we left an extra $10 on the table.

There are rules on white peices of paper all over the little dining area, im not sure if that is part of the brand, but did stand out to us. No holding the door open, watching the cook wont make ur food come faster etc..

All in all, i would order again, because the food...

.we ordered delivery from this place at 6-7pm on 03/09/22. The woman who took our order(she never introduce herself only the establishment. So we never knew her name but they can Match the time and date with the schedule to know who it was) anyway she took our order. We order (2) 10pc boneless wings, large fries, a salad, and a funnel cake. We get our food but was missing 5pc of wings from one of our 10pc set and our salad. We call back and she said they(as if she didn’t ring us up herself) didn’t charge us for the salad and then claim the cooks said they made sure it was 10 in each one(which is a lie). We told her we didn’t eat them that they came that way. She said well we can’t replace them(indicating that she believes we ate them automatically) bc she doesn’t know if we ate them or not. Just horrible it would of been a simple fix but instead they made us seem like liars on top of her not knowing how to TAKE AN ORDER. Explain this how do you personally (over the phone) take an order but didn’t ring up the item that YOU REPEATED TO THE CUSTOMER???!!! Update: so we tried ordering the salad again on the same day around 7:15-7:52pm. I asked for no tomatoes and no onions. The food arrived and guess what I got onions and tomatoes yeah me 😒. If I call back they might accuse me of throwing onions and tomatoes on it too huh? Lol. This phone lady is garbage at TAKING AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE! Please take her off the phone and throw her on cleaning duty or something else jeez. NEVER...

I went to this restaurant with my family a few weeks ago. We ordered some fried Mac and cheese bites, fried cheese and broccoli bites, and fries with lemon pepper seasoning for appetizers - these were really good. Then ordered the "Best wings on the beach" - our flavors were honey garlic, honey BBQ, sweet chili (I think), and lemon pepper. All wings were either too saucy or too greasy, there was no in between. The honey garlic was more honey than anything else. Lemon pepper had flavor but the grease made it unbearable. Asian sweet chili (I think it was this flavor) had some flavor but was way too saucy. And because of the latter I did not attempt the honey BBQ. Loved the concept of having everything centered around dogs for the environment, the food came out in food bowls and water bowls which was best, however there were actual bullet holes in the windows and the walls. It was also really humid inside as it felt like there was no air conditioning inside. If you order food from here, get the appetizers and order take out. I do not recommend dining in, and to sum it all up, our bill came to almost $160. These were definitely not the best wings on the beach. And you can absolutely get better quality wings in a safer,...
