The Baked Bear — Local services in Myrtle Beach

Visited the Baked Bear last night while at Broadway. Ordered a cookie and an ice cream cone (cookie dough). I tasted a bite of my daughters cone and it immediately tasted of sour milk. She wasn't sure it tasted bad as she is young. I tried a 2nd bite. Still bad. A friend of ours thankfully ordered the same and tasted the sour milk. We went to the counter and told them it tasted bad. They took the stuff and never even spoke to us. The guy who seemed to be in charge went in the back, took the tub of ice cream and brought out a new one. We were then ignored by the 4 workers. We had to go to the register to request either a different order or a refund. Since the cookies were okay, I requested cookies as I didnt trust the ice cream at this point. They tried to give me 1 cookie. I had paid $10 plus tip for the cone and one cookie which was approx $2. Ended up walking away with three overall cookies for $10 as I was just frustrated with the situation. Seems a good establishment but employees need training on...

My time at The Baked Bear Custom Ice Cream Shop was extremely exceptional.We had a wonderful time talking with the friendly staff.The owner Sarah was wonderful and welcoming.On top of that the ice cream was delicious.Most ice cream places are just there to make money and do business.But at Baked Bears they make sure you are enjoying yourself and having a good time.Which is what makes a truly good company.They were different flavors we had never heard of that were quite delicious.With reasonable prices.You could tell they lot there heart into making this ice cream.I also loved how everything was freshly made.Most other food establishments are not very clean and visibly pleasing, but Baked bears was very clean and was very well decorated designed and laid out.In all Baked bears offerd a warm cozy ice cream joint with great staff.This was the pure highlight of our trip making this a very memorable shop that we will...
