My favorite place to go to add my silver charms to my bracelet. And they even changed out the findings (the part that holds the charms on) to the same kind I already have for just a few dollars extra. And they also added my charms for me and made sure they were all in the same direction. Took such great care with my bracelet. And they are so nice! I stop in every time I go to...

I wasn’t happy with my experience. I liked the pieces they offered, some were reasonably priced and others not so much. But I walked in with my mother and was just stared down by the two employees, never greeted. They looked at us like we were going to steal even though our arms were full of shopping bags ($1000’s spent)....
