The atmosphere was great. Vibes were amazing as advertised. My family had a reservation for 12 people at 7:15. We did not leave the restaurant until 9:50. When we got there, our server (who did not tell us his name) took our orders and was not very attentive to our table. About an hour after we receive our appetizers, we see 2 tables who were seated after getting their meals. I remember checking my phone at 9pm and noticing the only people that got their food at our tables were the kids(who got kids meals). Our server not once refilled or offered to refill our drinks while we were waiting for our food. When we got our food, the plates with the snapper had to send their food back because the fish was overcooked. Then the wings ordered were not seasoned and were not served with the salad that was ordered. When our concerns were addressed, the waiter was urgent with replacing the snapper plates with the tenders. When the replacement tenders came out, one of the tender baskets had raw meat in it. When the manager, Lewis, was addressed, it was crystal clear he did not care about our concerns. He was avoiding the table after we asked for him the 1st time, then when the server called him over he took his time and not once apologized for the mistakes. On top of us never getting an apology, he told the woman with the raw meat, "yeah that's raw, but im not taking it off of your ticket". I have never seen such aweful service come from management before. Seeing my family and our family friends disrespected and disregarded like that was extremely annoying. The waiter did what he could within his job description, the overall issues were the food and the service on behalf of management. There is no way that we spent over 2 hours in the restaurant and sent back 3 plates, 2 of which were served cold, and 1 was served with raw meat, and recieved the service we did. Lewis(the manager) was not only unprofessional, but clearly did not care about our concerns. While the 30% discount was appreciated, it does not make up for being served raw food. Read moreI can't.. We get there and we are told it will be a 20 minute wait. So we go shop and sit around. After 45 minutes i notice people are walking in without the buzzers and getting sat down so I get back in line and ask the hostess "Hey can you make sure I'm on the list still? You told me it would be 20 minutes, 45 minutes ago..." She said "Yeah I know". Then proceeds to sit us! Great! We are a party of 5. 2 adults and 3 children. Adults each order an adult beverage with water! The children all get Virgin strawberry daiquiri with waters! We all get water! Then our drinks, that's fine I know it takes a moment to make drinks. When she brings the drinks, we give her our orders. 1- kids shrimp popcorn meal 1- kids chicken tender meals 1- adult chicken tender meal 1- pork nachos 1- chicken nachos We do all the interactive dances and what not.. I am getting bored and notice a spot on my glass of water so I scratch at the outside of my cup, it was on the inside so I show the waitress and ask for a clean glass of water.... An HOUR later, our drinks are gone. I ask the waitress " hey can you check on our food, its been about an hour now" She comes out and tells me it will be about 15 more minutes. Okay.
