Do not EVER use this low rent jeweler. They will lie to you about their service and cheat you out of your money. May: Took a ring in to get sized (couldnāt do it) and another to get cleaned. The cleaning was supposed to be a free service which I did not know at that time. I was charged for the cleaning. Aug: Took a ring in to get prongs repaired and another to get cleaned. No charge for the cleaning. When I asked about that I was told it was a free service. They took the other ring for repair, took my money and shipped it off to Boise for two weeks. Today: I picked up the ring and asked (to verify) what the charge was for cleaning. I was told it was free. I told the sales person that I had been charged for a cleaning (in May). She got the āassumedā manager involved. She looked it up and said I was charged for a repair (in May). I told her I had ānoā repair done in May, that I asked for a sizing, which couldnāt be done and a cleaning. Then the ring I had repaired, and that was returned from Boise, is only partially repaired I noticed. I was told there is only so much that can be done with prongs. They sure took my money though for the repair when I dropped it off, but didnāt bother to tell me it might not be a complete repair so I could make the choice to have it done or not. No apology, No refund of any kind. Thatās what I get for going āon-the-cheapā. Lesson learned. Thereās a reputable high end jeweler in downtown Nampa by the old train station. Use that business instead of a āchainā drug store business like this. ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible customer service and dishonest business practices. I bought a custom ring for my mom that started falling apart within months. Instead of honoring the warranty, a sales person pressured my mother into buying a replacement ring on the spot ā and charged her over $600. Then when we came to pick it up, they tried to charge another $700 for unexplained reasons, which magically dropped to $125, then $0, after we questioned it. No one could give us a straight answer.
John, the store manager, promised weād get the original ring back and a refund. Days later, Kenna, the assistant manager (who wasn't there when we spoke to John) called and said that wouldnāt happen and that John never said he would get the ring back or issue a refund, but he DID. We were lied to multiple times and treated rudely every step of the way.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in here on Sunday along with other jewelry stores looking for someone who could size up my Grandma's black hills gold ring and fix the leaf engraving on the front means as she wore it everyday fo about 25 years. This ring is very sentimental to me as my Grandma just passed away and it is the only item of hers that I have inherited. The girl looking at it looked at it with disgust, had attitude and told me they probably couldn't size it the way I wanted and/or fix the leafs and then she almost dropped my Grandma's ring she barley caught it before it hit the floor, it was to the point I wanted to just grab my ring and go and start crying because of how disrespectful she acted about something so valuable to me. I will never return here and I will never suggest anybody buy anything from here or have jewelry fixed here simply because of the way that girl treated me. And my grandma's ring. I've been to multiple other jewelers before here and was treated COMPLETELY different at the other...
