As far as the food goes for ordering, It was interesting to also note that there are no metric measurements for the sandwiches, just ' mini, regular, and giant ( which is literally just a standard size of about 12 inches at subway, blimpie, etc. Also noticed few topping selection, mainly onions, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, jalapenos, and what appears to be banana peppers. sauces limited to about 2 it would appear, after the first bite the flavor was blah, no taste except lettuce and bread, could not taste the provolone or the roast beef on the sandwhich, when i did even take a bite that had more cheese and roast beef, the roast beef lacked on flavor and the cheese as well, im not sure a ' toast ' or heat of the cheese to melt it would fix this? Even the pickles and jalapenos tasted blah with no flavor as did the onions and tomatoes. overall i give the food 1 out of 5 stars as our party of 3 all agreed on the food having little to no flavor for whatever reason, in short the first impression totally blew it for me, been to Subway at least 50 times in my life here, never had an issue with the food ( the idea that it taste good) or pricing, and ill give service a 2 since they are at least working and doing their job, although not really friendly. and atmosphere is clearly a 1 star, that one is tied into the first 2, it would rank higher if any of the other 2 would have...
I love their sandwiches! Amazing flavor. We come here quite often even though the customer service is horrible sometimes, especially at night time. We went in today at 8:28pm to order 2 sandwiches. When we walked through the doors the man who did the meats looked at us and threw a fit throwing things as hard as he could in the garbage. Made me uncomfortable to go order the actual sandwich. I asked how his day was to be nice and got hit with “fine, how many sandwiches”. We ordered and said thank you and got zero response and could feel the anger that we came 30 minutes before close. We also ordered a sandwich that has turkey, ham, and bacon and there was only 2 slices of ham. It is our regular sandwich that we always get and knew that wasn’t the amount they usually put, but was scared to say anything to make him more upset. We apologized to the lady saying we thought they closed at 10 and not 9 and she just stared at us rudely and was really rushing to get us out with her “yup”. The man who ordered before us apologized to the man doing the sandwiches and we heard him say that he was sorry if he made him mess up (we saw that he had to remake his sandwich) and the employee was not nice about it. Just completely ignored him. He almost dropped out cheese on the floor because of how fast he was trying to be. Just sad because we love the sandwiches usually! Read moreThe sandwiches were good as usual but I’ve never seen the place so gross before. I walked in about 7:30pm tonight and was the only customer there. There was no employees up front, counters covered from end to end with food bits, crumbs, lettuce, mayo, etc… the floor behind the counter was 10 times worse with the addition of everyone’s used gloves on the floor. After a few moments 4 employees walk out from the back, no shortage of help yet they all stood around talking while one person made my sandwich’s and no one thought maybe I should wipe the counters, empty the overflowing trash or sweep the floor. The girl that rang me up acted as if I was majorly inconveniencing her for wanting pay for my food and then slides my bag through all the food and mayo on the counter. I had to wipe the mayo off the bottom of the bag with napkins before walking outside so I didn’t get it all over the seats in my car.
I hope the manager or owner reads this review so they can correct the issues before their lazy employees run off all the customers. I won’t be back again if I see it like that next time. I could understand if the place looked like that during an extreme lunch rush but as soon as it slows down they should be cleaning up.
