Subway — Restaurant in Nampa

If you want your really slow and WRONG food this is the place for you. At 5:00pm we were the only 2 people in the store. There was no ham stocked up front.Employee had to go back and get it. Then no Swiss cheese, employee had to go back again so our order could be completed. On to veggie part of the sandwich. There where no pickles,so there again employee had to go back and get pickles. Nobody said " I'm sorry for the inconvience" . The last time we were we at this same store on Fri the. New Pommergrant tea was out. I asked the employee about it. I asked if there was more. The employee responded with a " I guess they make it the morning" Today we were able to get the tea but the store was out of cookies. Why wouldn't a customer be able to get both all the time? It was only 5:00pm why not be have everything stocked and ready to go for a dinner rush. It shouldnt take 30mins to get 3 foot long sandwhichs. This...

Went in one night to purchase a sandwich. It took 20 minutes for me to have one sandwich made. The lady who made my sandwich had little to zero idea what she was doing. I constantly had to correct her on what kind of meat I had asked for, how to properly toast it, and what kind of cheese I wanted. It is extremely unprofessional to have individual who are incompetent take 20 minutes to make one sandwich. I suppose if there is a line it would take longer, but there were two customers including myself. Overall, if you're going to spend $10 on a sandwich go to a different location. I will not go to this location again.

My experience is that they are always out of things(usually meatballs), tonight it was white bread, Italian herb and cheese bread, creamy Sriracha, southwest, and salad bowls. I have a large family so I order between 6 and 9 sandwiches usually. Depending on who is working or day of the week or something I get told I can't order for my entire family because its considered catering.. but that is hit and miss. I wind up having to take an extra person and split my order which takes more time for everyone in the long run. I've called the owner about this and he said there is no such policy so its hard to know.. As far as the food, its sub par.
