McDonald's — Restaurant in Napa

To say I'm fed up with this restaurant is a mere approximation. Several different times, at least three in recent memory, I've attempted to order from this location using Uber Eats. This is not a review intending to bash Them, as this is the fault entirely of the location I'm ordering from.

Whoever manages the packing of the online orders should be fired posthaste. The bag arrives to me perfectly sealed, yet is missing key components with no explanation nor an actual receipt stuck to the bag so that I can verify it was even my order in the first place. I actually attempted to call the store after I received the order knowing the fault was theirs, and I was left hanging for so long that it prompted me some sort of access code.

The strange thing is that every time I go inside the actual lobby and order through a kiosk, everything is fine, and there's no issues. In fact, if I were basing it solely on that, my review would be more than stellar. Glowing, even. Whether this is employee error, or perhaps something in their system, I will likely not be bothering to order through an outside service ever again - as it seems to be...

The previous poor reviews must of had a huge impact. When I came to do a review about the wonderful experience we had this morning, I was surprised by the bad reviews for what I was going to praise. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the price of a breakfast sandwich is higher than what we’re used to. That is not really the fault of the store. We used the drive through and the person working the first window was thorough, friendly and spoke clearly, a near first for us. The 2nd window worker was just as friendly and double checked with us about drinks(we didn’t order any). She was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The turn around on the order was fast and no waiting. The line was moving. Being from Texas and traveling, I commented to my husband how chill and friendly this McDonald’s is. Awful awful place !!! I was there with my daughter and my grandkids and was watching the employees make our food!!! I watched the employee who I found out his name was Hector drop buns from the warmer on the ground picked them up and proceed to put on counter and make burgers with them as well as him not wearing gloves while handling food!! I brought this to the manager on dutys attention and she just blew me off and walked away!!!!! I watched them finish making our food and try to give it to us. These bags of food contained the buns he dropped on the floor!!! I refused it and told them they are remaking ALL of our food items! The manager proceeded to give me an attitude and asked me what was wrong with this food!!?? I repeated myself to her what I had already told her! So they remade it and it was wrong!! I will never in this lifetime go back into that McDonald's and will let everyone I know of...
