Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Naperville

Unfortunately I didn't catch our cashiers name but she was extremely patient and sweet. We had our 3 littles with us and our boys can be a little much sometimes. Being in places after things opened up from the pandemic they still don't understand why they can't touch one milk then pick up a juice then change their mind again. We actually had take them outside to calm them down. Life gets a little much sometimes. After we walked back in we got through our orders pretty quickly. Tuesday us kids eat free so 2 of our 3 kids meals were free with our 2 adult meals. Well have to remember that. It helps with a big family. Everything was fresh and delicious. Salad bar was fresh and we'll stocked. I fogot to order chicken for my salad but with all the items in the salad bar I didn't miss it. I also got a cup of tomato basil soup. It was just enough flavor and not over powering like some others I've had. All 3 of our littles tried it and liked it requesting several times for one more bite please mom. Dad got gumbo with he enjoyed and the new Yorker? He cleared his plate said the last time we went to a different Jason's he wasn't happy with the soup this one was very good and he would come here to get it again. Our kids actully all finished their different meals chicken tenders, pizza and Turkey sandwiches. And 4 of the 5 of us got ice cream. A nice surprise the kiddos forgot about. Their foods here are so delicious and just a perfect chefs kiss! You could find so many good high quality foods in here and all can definitely satisfy your cravings. Their size portion is also so awesome. They have hugely big varieties of food and all has a great deal to your money. Fairly neat price. Their service is also very excellent. Their staff are well trained, polite, friendly, professional and patient which is a good thing since I would ask for their opinion. They would talk to you properly and help you with your order’s and menu, as well as even regarding about the place. Whenever I would come here, I would always order a Pastrami sandwich, Cranberry walnut cookies, Salad, and a personal drink to top it all off. Their foods are definitely the highlight of their place! And speaking about the place itself, it is well organized, neat, clean, nicely decorated and all. Definitely going back here again if I finally found a free time! I went to Jason’s Deli last night because I had a taste for the Handcrafted BLT bowl as I had just had this at their location in OakBrook. I’m going to tell you definitely go to the OakBrook location. 1. Naperville looks clean on the surface but I would have to say definitely not the cleanest! 2. My salad was not the freshest… the skin on the tomatoes was tough and they forgot to put my egg in there which I had to go back for the 2nd time to get… backing back to the 1st time was for more salad dressing. If you have ever had the Handcrafted salad they are a really nice portion with that being said why would you put a very small container of salad dressing in the bag….. that is an absolute INSULT!!! And when I had to come back in there for the 2nd time I should have been offered something and that’s regardless if I wanted something or not….. it’s just the polite and courteous thing to do!!!! I will definitely drive an extra 25 minutes away to the OakBrook location for fresher food, thoughtful employees and much cleaner...
